bathtub not clean towels not clean BEDS SHEETS HAD HAIR AND WERE NOT CHANGE UPON ARRIVAL control did not work for tv there were cockroaches 1 dead inside a/c 1 alive on the floor

The bedsheets had burn holes. When we Walked in there was a grape vine left on the table. The towels had stains.

They were saying “No smoking & No pets allowed” but the room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. The beds were full of hair from previous clients, and the towels were not clean at all. hygiene was the worst I have seen in LA and in general was not great.

Immediately after arriving to the property we didn’t stay. When we walked in the room it wasn’t clean and there were hazards. Despite management agreeing to refund our stay without penalty, they still charged us for the entire stay. I had to return to the property to process a refund.
