The host was very professional and the property was extremely clean. I stayed there multiple times and I always had a comfortable stay.
This weekend I had to go to Luton and was greatful that I found an availability. I will definitely go back whenever I am in Luton.
All rooms are equiped with TV and free Netflix. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make your stay feel like home.

This has got to of been one of the cleanest, tidiest and modern place that I have stayed whilst coming to Luton for work. The place was immaculate and Ashley the landlord was friendly, communicated brilliantly and it had everything I needed. The small single room (M) was just was I was after for an overnight stay, bed extremely comfortable and was nice and warm. Bathroom was again to a magnificent standard with a rainfall shower which set me up for the day. Will most definitely stay again.
Parking was a little tricky but found a spot. There was a drive way but occupied by other guest so guess it’s luck of the draw but nothing too trivial.

After a sleepless night in another Airbnb this was a very last minute booking but that wasn't a problem. It was clean ,warm, cosy and receied a nice email beforehand with passcode for keybox, WiFi password etc. There was a kitchen I could have used. It was extremely quiet. Would highly recommend and stay again when needed. Just what I needed and slept super 👌

If I could suggest one thing it would be only as an improvement, the place is far from shops so is the eggs and bread would be as an option for breakfast it would be convenient

The property was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathroom spotless. I believe I was staying in one of the smaller single rooms. Yes, it was tiny - fitting only a bed and a mini storage area - but very comfortable. The owners are very kind as well: I forgot a plushy of high sentimental value in the room and Ashley was kind enough to post it to me the next day which I'm insanely grateful for.
I stayed one night because I had an early flight from Luton the next morning. The property is located quite nearby which means you're only a short cab ride from the airport.
As mentioned the room was very small, but I wasn't looking for much more but a place to sleep.
