We had a great time as a family at the pool and beach. The number of bedrooms was perfect for our group.
For what we paid, I would expect a much cleaner house than what we rented. We turned over cushions where we could and swept some of the outside areas as we first checked in. Don't look under the cushions in the living room, obviously the cleaning people don't....

The property was located in a very nice area and was extremely peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the communications with the owner.

Great house wonderful pool was a little disappointed at this price point beds were entirely uncomfortable and pool maintenance was non existent heavy sand in pool on check in and never saw pool maintenance the week stay. I ended up using their equipment to vacuum pool myself twice during the week. Would like to have seen an introductory book about the house as is so common in Kiawah telling you what days are trash pick up and the typical details of the property. Great house beds horrible for comfort and clean your own pool besides that can’t beat Kiawah

Clean and spacious house with awesome pool and short walk to the beach. Lots of places to entertain and hangout. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment and other amenities to make everything easy.
The whole house is modern/updated, including the guest house which has its own bed/shower and kitchen too.
We had a friends group and little kids and would definitely stay again and are looking to return with just family/grandparents.

It was a great stay for a golf trip! Jeffrey was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We rented this property to house our family while in town for a relative's wedding. This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities for a large family gathering. The BONUS for us was the pool which the kids enjoyed immensely. The host also provided a wagon and cooler for trips to the beach. All in all we very much enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed staying at this big house for a girls weekend. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The location is wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool (we didn't use bc too cold) Lots of privacy.

This house was well appointed and served our extended family of 14 in good fashion for our stay. It is located in a very secluded and private part of Kiawah. Renting bikes served us well for access to the beach.

Unfortunately, we had bad weather on our stay. I only say that to note that with 11 (5 teens and parents) of us inside all day for most of 3 days we had plenty of space to enjoy and not be in each other’s way. The house was perfectly equipped and very nice! We will definitely be renting from Jeff again!

The owners spared no expense in renovating this gem of a property. The chef's kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including top-of-the-line appliances (Sub-Zero and Wolf) and a large outdoor grill. The bedrooms were all in great shape with their own bathrooms, which is very convenient for a large group. The pool was renovated with luxury tile and can be heated with advance notice. I also love the location in the middle of the island, so you're never too far from any of the amenities or golf courses. Highly recommend this property to a family or large group.
