House was nice, spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and had all amenities needed. Very close to Beale Street and Memphis activities

Our girls group, ages 19-80, found this setting PERFECT. The location couldn't be better and the house is perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. When I say the location couldn't be better - I mean it! Literally minutes from downtown and Beale Street and only 15/20 minutes from everything else! The owner was quick to respond when we had some questions and very willing to assist. We were provided snacks and he had all the little niceties in the bathrooms! It was just wonderful! We would all stay here again in a second!

This house is absolutely beautiful. Especially the master bathroom. It was so big that all 6 of us women shared this bathroom NO PROBLEM. beds are comfortable, kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes if anyone wanted to cook. They had games already there to play and if anything was missing a simple phone call or text to the owner it was rectified. It was hard to adjust the house temperature hotter (was in the 60s) but wasn't a big enough deal to us to contact the owner about it. This was my slip up for not checking on maps before booking but Wanted to let others know that is house is in the hood. No one bothers anyone though and with the security system we felt very safe. Was just a little surprised that's all. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. Being 10 min from a lot of things was perfect too. Would definitely stay again if in Memphis and will recommend others to stay here too.

Great stay! Clean and spacious! Quick and easy communication with owner, easy drive downtown, well supplied with toiletries and all necessities. Really enjoyed our stay, everything was exactly as portrayed and beds were comfortable. Wonderful place! The neighborhood is clearly a mix of newer homes and much older run down ones - so alarm system present in this home seemed a good idea, but all neighbors seems friendly. One thing I would mention is that if you have younger kids, there are some interesting pictures in the master that might spark discussion, and some adult themes games you might want to put aside before they take them out to play with them.
