Stefano is a fantastic host. He is responsive with communication and truly take care of his guests. The location is perfect. Everything in town is a short walk away and the secure parking is worth every penny. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly large.

La struttura è l’ideale per visitare Tivoli e le sue ville. Sia per posizione strategica considerato la vicinanza con le 3 ville ( Villa Adriana , Villa d’Este e gregoriana ) sia per essere ubicata in pieno centro . Struttura molto pulita ed elegante, camera spazioso con gradevolissimo balconcino , la colazione e’ super e il gestore Stefano è cordialissimo e disponibilissimo a dare consigli turistici di ogni genere ( ristoranti compresi ).

Lovely BnB near the center of the historic area. Easy to park a short distance away, easy 5 minute walk into town. Host couple was very gracious and helpful. Room was exceptional, with a nice balcony off the bathroom. Beautiful historic building. Most highly recommended.

The place is unique - the room is big, the bed very comfortable. Snefano is the nicest host. I recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Tivoli.

Quarto com decoração clássica, roupas de cama de boa qualidade, banheiro espaçoso e ducha maravilhosa. Café da manhã gostoso e bem ao estilo italiano.
