很新很干净，洗衣机很好用，两个房间四张床适合家庭出行，窗户对面是山景很舒服，

卫生间门的油漆味有点重，微波炉清洁得不够彻底。

　

Love the view and the beds was big , sufficient for my family. Very comfy beds! Design are marvellous felt like we're in hotel. Lighting is superb makes your photo great!

less spoons and pans for cooking and the air-conditioning of the living room is broken ..when entering the house, the room smelled very strongly of cigarettes

Good place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. Clean, Near jetty for islands, very convenient. Near 2 malls : Jesselton duty free with very good restaurants (Japanese eand Italian) and Suria Sabah for shopping. Many cafes and restaurants in this area. Appartment suitable for 4 people

Swimming pool too small as used by people from the 2 towers A &B use it. Always crowded during our stay from 7 AM. It turned green during several days so we couldn’t use it.

Good location. Downtown, Waterfront hotels easy on foot. Fast wifi, sufficient number of towels. Large swimmingpool . 24hrs security (very helpful). Within the komplex resto and shops. Would stay there again.

Lights just cheap neon saver. No dimmers. For welcome there should be at least one or 2 bottle of water prepared. No adapter for overseas plugs.

Great location right near Jesselton Point ferry terminal to the islands. Walking distance to large shopping centres as well as local food stalls and shopping. Great restaurants on the ground level for convenience, as well as 24hr mart to buy water and snacks etc. Great pool area!! Overlooks the islands, and very secure with security so loved the safety, location and facilities of the unit tower.

The beds and lounge were SO hard it was like sitting on a rock. The hot water service had a fault so not great water temperature or pressure but we’re now at our next stay in Sabah and this may be a Sabah thing as the same applies here.
