Condo was as described, clean and in a great location! Walking distance to beach, downtown, restaurants, and grocery. Property management responsive with great communication for checking.

Enjoyed our stay. Central location and easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants. We found the beds very comfortable and would love to know brand the mattresses are!

This condo has a great location within easy walking distance to the lakefront and Front Street shopping. The roof deck is a wonderful feature and has a view of Lake Michigan. During busy times, the condo complex was a bit noisy at night with neighbors spending time outside after 10. Love all the conveniences like laundry, a Keurig, and nice TVs.

We had a wonderful visit! The condo was perfectly located and within walking distance of downtown. The space was just right for four adults. Having a garage was great too! Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. I would recommend this property!

This is a great place near the heart of Traverse City. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was very clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Having the groceries delivered prior to our arrival was amazing! There are many stairs so families with littles may need to bring baby gates. The parking space is pretty narrow but our Kia Telluride fit well. Overall we loved staying here and would love to be back in the future!

Perfect location for the Bayshore Race Weekend. Great layout for a family with 6 adults. So close to great shops, restaurants and the bay.

The property is in a great location - walking distance to anything you need. I will say, the only parking is in the garage and it is a tight swing getting in and out of it. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, anything bigger it would be more difficult. Not the biggest issue in the world, but something worth noting in case you have a larger SUV.

Easiest checkout process ever. The property was the perfect walking distance away from all of the shops, restaurants and more! Had the best time and will definitely be back.
