Amazing room, very private and the hosts were very friendly. There were stunning gardens which the hosts were happy for for the guests to walk through.

There is nothing that I did not like.

The communal space was lovely with a large sunken living room with a cosy fireplace overlooking the pool. Our room was next level. Extra large bedroom and equally as large bathroom with extra touches like candles to light if we wished. The bedroom was very light and airy. The bedding was comfortable.

I think that bedroom being so large would benefit from a King sized bed!

Our stay at Birches Mudgee was an absolute delight even though it was only for a 1,5 day and it's not just the stunning surroundings that made it so special. From the moment we arrived, the owners' warm welcome and genuine hospitality made is feel like an old friend coming home. Their enthusiasm for sharing the beauty of Mudgee and their bed and breakfast was infectious, and I couldn't help but feel lucky to have found this hidden gem. The owners' attention to detail was evident throughout in the B&B apartments. The elegantly designed communal lounge area and the carefully curated breakfast dining space showcased their commitment to creating a haven of comfort and relaxation. The cozy open fireplace provided the perfect setting to unwind during chilly winter evenings, while the refreshing swimming pool offered respite during the warmer days. The location itself was a dream. With a short stroll to Mudgee or a quick drive to town and local vineyards. Birches Mudgee is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience guided by the owners' genuine passion and love for their guests. We already looking forward to returning to this oasis of warmth and relaxation on our next journey to Mudgee.
