The staff were extremely helpful. It was great to have private parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. My Campari spritz was excellent!

We were disappointed that their restaurant wasn’t open.

We chose this place because it was located within walking distance of the ferry terminal. They allowed us to leave our car in their underground car park for the days we were on the islands (at only €5/day). The room was big and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpul (even when we struggled with each others' language). We would love to return!

The carpark was hard to find. It had a tiny, steep entrance ramp with a very small sign on the wall. It is precarious to reverse a car down there. Perhaps they could paint some orange stripes on the columns in the carpark, and make the sign bigger and brighter. Also, they could use their website to keep some pictures of the landmarks on the way the carpark, so that it would be easier to find the way in.

The breakfast could be more varied.

The location was terrific....five minute walk to restaurants and shops and to the port. We did a boat tour that returned at 11 pm and it was a quick, safe walk back to the hotel when we were very tired! There was a grocery store within walking distance as well. The room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast, but many choices were available. The room was quiet at night as well. Overall very nice stay!

My only complaint was that the refrigerator in the room did not work, and the shower jets did not work (I was excited when I saw that there were body jets but they barely even spit any water:( Obviously neither of these things significantly impacted our stay-

It is the perfect place to stay especially if visiting the islands because it is very close to the port. In addition they offered parking in their lock up garage at no extra cost. Breakfast and room were excellent too

The location was central and perfect. Breakfast was good and staff extremely helpful. The rooms were spotless clean and bed comfortable. Parking in the hotel garage is very safe and spacious. We will definitely return to this hotel.
