This is a beautiful home on Kauai and we were so lucky to be able to stay there! We were 3 friends in this luxurious home. First, the property - incredibly clean, spacious (the photos are spot-on accurate... it is that beautiful), and the decorating details made it feel like we were really living in a beautiful home. As a cook, I loved the kitchen. Given that we were so close to a fabulous seafood market, it was a pleasure to cook some of the excellent fish on the island. The market also had great sushi rolls that we took advantage of as well. The VRBO is located close to the town of Hanalei where we were also able to shop for fresh produce for our lunches, and where we could get fresh poke (multiple varieties) to eat during our stay along with multiple snacks that we are looking for now that we are back on the mainland! We had morning coffee on the back deck, listening to the birds and the roosters, planning what we would be doing for the day. We never left the north part of the island as there was more there than we had time to experience. Multiple gorgeous beaches and gorgeous views everywhere we went! If you can, do try the kayaking on the river - you can take the kayaks inland or out to the ocean. We agreed this was a Perfect vacation and will be going to back as soon as can!

Slow down and live Aloha is exactly what this home represents. You can completely relax from the moment you walk in to this beautiful and spacious retreat. It is clean, well-stocked and perfectly located to enjoy every activity the island offers. Katy was wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise and allowing our family to make memories that will last forever.

My family and I stayed here for over a week and not only was the condo beautiful and spacious, but also well kept and our host Katy was extremely responsive and accommodating! She took the time to provide an extensive list of recommendations since it was our first time in Kauai and we loved many of the suggestions she offered. We had everything we needed to enjoy Kauai from beach chairs and nice Turkish towels (which I never knew existed and fell in love with) to beach toys for my 6 year old son! Many condos we looked at didn’t have A/C but this one did and it was an added bonus given we’re from LA and were not used to the heat and humidity! We’re so pleased we found this condo and our lovely host Katy!

We would highly recommend this amazing, comfortable property and will for sure be back! Our hosts were super responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. We loved that they provided a great guide book that helped us explore Kauai for the first time...as well as lots of beach stuff. The Princeville/Hanalei area was truly superb! The properties and views in this area are gorgeous and super lush. There was so much to do. We can't wait to come back! Thanks, Katy and Todd!!

This place was amazing!

So glad we chose this place. The pictures barely do it justice. The place is immaculate. Great location with close proximity to shopping, golf, tennis and Queen’s bath. Place is huge. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Excellent updated kitchen with a massive fridge for food. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Pool and hot tub are great and were not packed during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to the north shore. Katy is super attentive to any of your needs. Check in and check out was super easy. Added bonus of beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and snorkel gear in garage. My wife has very high expectations and they were all met. Only suggestion would be to add tv screens in the bedrooms. Other than that this place is amazing. The A/C units kept the place cool as well. Can’t wait to come back here.

We had a wonderful stay in Katy and Todd's place in Princeville. The unit has been freshly remodeled and provided ample space for our family - two adults, one teenager, who happily took over the downstairs ensuite, giving him privacy. The community in which the condo is located is smaller (which we prefer) and well maintained. Pool, hot tub and grill area all in wonderful shape. The condo has easy access through the "back door" - off Hanalei Plantation Road and feels more setback than some of the other condo communities. Their property manager, Thames who has lives in the community and has lived in Princeville for decades, was a delightful co-host. The position of the condo is perfect - the backside (all lanais) looks onto undeveloped land with a variety of birds, yes chickens too, and beautiful flora. All furnishings were fresh and modern. Thanks Katy and Todd for sharing your slice of paradise with us! We truly hope to return someday.

Great location in a beautiful place!

My family and I stayed at this condo not knowing what to expect. We were absolutely blown away by how beautiful this condo was and how close it was to some of the world's best beaches! The condo was everything we could have wanted and more. Clean, comfortable, and modern. Nothing was missing, as this condo comes with everything. Katy was an excellent host and was eager to help with recommendations and told us about her favorite spots on the island. She was so kind, easy to reach, and provided quick responses. My family and I enjoyed walks to the farmers market, bike rides to the beaches, and watching the island come to life on the lanai while sipping a cup of coffee in the morning. The Villas were friendly and welcoming and the community pool and hot tub were beautifully kept and just what we needed after a long day of hiking. Kauai is amazing and this condo felt like a luxury home away from home. We cannot wait to come back!

We had an amazing time in Princeville. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is beautifully updated and was so nice to have the AC. Our whole family was very comfortable. Location was great and a quick drive to the beach in Hanalei. We also loved hitting up the complex pool with our kids as an option. Would highly recommend booking this place.

What an amazing stay in Kauai! The villa was everything we needed and more. A comfortable contemporary design that was immaculate, bright, cool, and perfectly located. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. The pool at the villas was clean and a quick walk from our villa. The views from this villa are outstanding. Our favorite morning ritual was to sip our coffee on the lanai (that's a porch!) listening to the amazing bird symphony in the nearby trees and watching the clouds roll over the Jurassic Park-like North Shore Mountains. The beds were comfortable and the trade winds blowing through the condo made it possible to not even turn on the AC. The kitchen is stunning and we had everything we needed to cook our meals there. Other nights we ventured out to the nearby restaurants in Hanalai and Princeville. We golfed on the 5* course which is a 5 minute walk from our villa. We were minutes from exploring the North Shore hiking trails and the breathtaking Hanalei Bay. This is a trip we will never forget. It was perfect and we will book again.
