The unit itself was great! The area is kind of sketchy do to the homeless population but it makes up for it being so close to the local restaurants and bar/breweries. I would love to stay again

I staying here for a week with my son while visiting family. The loft was clean and spacious with everything we needed to make it home for a week. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Walking distance to downtown and tons of restaurants. Ac was ice cold thank goodness because weather was HOT.

This was a surprise 75th birthday weekend for my mom. This place made it perfect! I had some confusion of the location due to the exterior picture on the listing but Chris was immediately available for a call and stayed on with me until I was inside his home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know!

Don't be fooled by the outside of the building--this loft is absolutely darling and perfect! We had a 12 yr old's slumber party here and the kids were enchanted by the cute space, the ping pong table, and the fun bedrooms. Everything works and is nicer than expected; the linens etc are all quality too. The property manager was helpful and so easy to work with--one of the best VRBO managers I've ever had! Thanks for having us!

This place really is a treat! It’s close to Main Street to walk around and explore. The larger entertainments are just a short drive away. The loft itself is just such a beautiful place, too! Great water pressure, heated bathroom floors (first time for us!), and just so much space. This was great for just my husband and me, but would also be perfect for a group of friends or family!
Would recommend and would stay at again if we’re visiting the area!

The property was stylish and very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have specific plans for our get together, but easily found terrific local restaurants nearby. And the owners were helpful with suggestions. We look forward to staying there again.

The loft was stunning and in a very convenient location in downtown springfield. We walked from the loft to anywhere we wanted to go downtown. It was very well stocked and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and also gave some wonderful recommendations for places to eat in the area. Will definitely stay again.

The was beautiful and clean!! But what sets it apart are just the little things. Like snacks, great coffee and even extra toothbrush and such if you happen to forget. Just a lovely stay!! Lovely place. Will book again!!

We had the best time visiting my daughter for family weekend! The loft was absolutely perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed! A short drive to Missouri State University! We will definitely stay here again!! Friendly host we had everything we needed!

Weekend trip with my college sons. Wanted a place we could spread out and enjoy each other's company without being on top of each other. The loft was perfect! Very cool vibes. We are locals that like to meet up with friends downtown for dinner and drinks but don’t want to risk driving back to Ozark afterwards.We have been staying at a hotel nearby but they are so expensive we decided to try a nightly rental instead. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Everything was up to our standards, with a ping pong table included! Just needed some dusting here and there, and there were long spider webs in the windows and blinds which kind of freaked us out lol but overall it was a great experience! We also loved the heated floors when you stepped out of the shower upstairs, that was a huge plus!!

My friends and I were looking for a nice place to stay while we spent the night out on the town. We live about an hour and a half away and we all wanted to have a good time and not worry about driving back home. Chris and Amy were so wonderful and we truly will be back. If we ever need somewhere to stay while down here, we will definitely try and book their loft again! A bonus surprise was the ping pong table! We loved this place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loft is clean & very convenient to restaurants & the Blue Room Comedy Club. Although we didn’t use the kitchen - it would be a fun place to cook dinner & entertain. Bonus - there is a ping pong table! Owners were very responsive to questions. One thing to note - both bedrooms are not enclosed. It is a loft after all. Good to know if traveling with friends. It was just my husband & myself so it was perfect for us!

What a wonderful stay! The loft was open, wonderfully appointed, and comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and the ping pong table was such fun - we may have to get one for our house! We had a small problem with the shower drain being a bit sluggish, but a quick text to Chris and the problem was resolved.
This location provided easy access to main roads in Springfield making it easy to get where we wanted to go.
We all enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Really cool place! VERY clean, had everything we needed and more. Ping pong table made for a lot of fun. Impressed by host quick responses, he even gave us a list of good places to eat. Overall 100% satisfied with our stay. Would recommend to anyone.
Beds are both in loft areas and must climb stairs to get to beds.

A wonderfully VRBO rental. Beautiful unique loft that is truly loved by the owners. Very secure and close to so many downtown restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend!!
