Fabulous property. Everything you could want or need was there. The hosts were terrific and our Emma got to play with their grandson Liam.

Everything turned out well. The location was surprisingly good, except for the traffic on the bridge. Ask how to minimize that. Loved the park nearby, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped. A couple of minor problems, but they were dealt with. The hostess is very gracious and helpful.

This guest house is delightful. Perfect accommodations for three adults. Very, very clean With beautiful decor. Anoosheh was so very welcoming. Her husband came to check on us even though we arrived late at night! The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by. You will not go wrong staying here!!

Our stay in West Vancouver was fantastic! The host was wonderful - clear communication, friendly and hospitable. The home was clean, well maintained, very functional, very accessible, and beautifully landscaped! We had 6 adults staying together and we were so happy to have 2 bathrooms and two separate bedrooms and the washer and dryer! We had fun cooking together with our family in the spacious kitchen. The location, with Park Royal, Ambleside and the West Van shops within easy walking distance was great! We will definitely recommend this home to our friends if they visit Vancouver and of course ourselves should we need the space for future visits!

My family of five (including 3 teens) enjoyed the location of this suite for our stay in West Vancouver. The property was comfortable and lovely inside and out—-many well thought details that felt especially welcoming to our little family. Our host was so very kind and attentive. The neighborhood is lovely and a quick walk to market, beach, and meandering along water. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

An absolutely ideal property for our family of 3. Location in West Vancouver cannot be beat with everything walkable. We didn’t need a car for shopping, groceries, restaurants and beach activities.
Very clean and well appointed so we could make a home cooked meal for our university student who needed a long weekend break away from campus.
Anoosheh was incredibly responsive to our queries before booking and pre and post arrival.
Will definitely be back!

Great experience! Anoosheh is a fantastic host! She even shared her grandchild’s toys with my granddaughter 😀 Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location, walk to Ambleside, Anchor, great snacks and smoothies, Bean Around the World, great coffee! 1 block to bus line which takes you downtown! I would definetly stay there again 🇨🇦👍

This is a great little place away from the city, but close enough to enjoy Stanley Park and other Vancouver sites. There is an easy walk to shopping areas and the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer. We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful clean and stocked with everything we needed. Anoosheh, our host, was incredibly kind and ensured we felt right at home. Plus, the location is perfect – just a short walk to the park and the beach and restaurants. Looking foward to come back

Very clean, well equipped, excellent location, very friendly hosts. Easy check-in. Great layout for two couples. We enjoyed the coffee, wine and ice cream sandwiches. You will enjoy Ambleside..

This is a really nice property - very well maintained and managed and accurately described. Anooshah is a 5 star+ host. Great location. Would definitely like to come back!

The property is verywellkept, clean and friendly. The neighborhood is lovely and close to shopping, beach and public transportation.
We booked this for a short family vacation of 6 adults. We had more than enough room and even the pull out couch was comfy. The mall was a short walk and great for brunch and we chose to take public transportation for most of the excursions, which was affordable and easy to use.
The owners were lovely and communication was easy and very friendly!
If you stay here you won't be disappointed!!!

This was the perfect place for our family (three kids age 9-13, two parents plus one grandma). We enjoyed walking down to Ambleside beach and along the water. Anoosheh gave us several recommendations of local areas to check out (music at the Shipyards on Friday nights and Cypress Pop-Up Village about 10 mins from the house). We loved both! The space had everything we needed and we loved sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful garden.

This property is as good as it looks. Great location, well equipped and spacious fro me my wife and our 22 year old son. Very clean and fully equipped. Our host was wonderful, making smoothies to go for us on our departure day! Will definitely stay here next time in Vancouver!
