We love this hotel. It’s new, quiet, in a great location and offers great amenities. Courtney was our absolute favorite front of house person. She’s incredibly professional and so pleasant. She made us feel special. This is the only hotel we stay in now! 🙏

Our stay was fine. I was disappointed in the WiFi streaming. When we tried to watch a movie on tv, it kept loading and was hard to watch. We also could not hear it as the volume was governed. The employees were very nice and the hotel was clean, convenient, and well-run. Parking was steep at 40.00 a day. I think that’s excessive. O really, a nice hotel.

You need to have your rooms cleaned every day not every other day that’s not clean and there was no lotion or bath soap so happen we brought our own

They do not clean your room daily and there is no meat at the buffet. I asked about meat and was told “it’s in the gravy!” Yuck! Parking is very expensive $35 a day. It’s not really in the French quarter. Not a safe neighborhood at all!

Great location close to Frenchmen street. Hotel room is very large, super clean, great breakfast options, staff is super helpful, laundry facility and use is free, swimming pool is nice and clean and towels provided, nice large lobby and seating area, many towels provided, super clean. Will stay again.

Great hotel but we were not able to watch live tv the stream was heavily pixelated and was not fixed after we reported it. Light in the entrance was also out but other than that it was a good stay.

Hotel overall was good. Customer service upon arrival was great! However, one of the front desk workers at night were rude to my fiancée. Hotel only does housekeeping every other day. Had to buy towels due to them only giving you towels every other day. I also didn’t like the fact that the website did not specify that they were a smoke free property. I paid for a room with a balcony to smoke and smoking was not permitted. The room was also hotter than I’m used to. Overall rating 5/10.

Called hotel to inform them of flight being delayed front desk advise me I had until 2 am to check in.Arrived at hotel reservations had been cancelled,had to wait to find out what the issue was no one knew what happened.Check in everything was fine I had to call front desk to see when someone would be coming to clean the room change towels o was informed oh your room is on the schedule for cleaning today, fyi know one ever came to clean the room.At checkout advise the manager her only response was oh I can give you some Hilton points a week later know points and know return called.

The place was in great condition, all employees were great. All brand new/ recently renovated. The only issue was the front desk team, 3 of 4 were not friendly not kind to us. They were not disrespectful but we didn’t feel welcome. The location is very good for adults, walkable.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Staff were amazing and so kind! Our room was very clean. Anything they say they have, they have it and it works. We didn't end up using the pool but it looked nice. Next time we will definitely book here again. We got a great deal since it was the off season but it's well worth the money if you come in season!

I loved that we were welcomed with cute packaged water on a bag and when I arrived at my room, my name was displayed on the TV saying welcome! It’s the little things! No complaints at all!

The hotel was very conveniently located near the French Quarter. We were able to walk to all our tours that we had booked. Breakfast was very good with many options. The only negative was that housekeeping services are offered every other day. I don't mind if towels and sheets are not changed daily, but it would be nice to have the bed made daily.
