Gorgeous central hotel with friendly staff. Was very lucky to get an upgrade to the imperial suite on the first night which was incredible, this apartment had a jacuzzi and a sauna. The room the following night was also fabulous and also included a jacuzzi and sauna. Very comfortable bed and quiet hotel.

New and fresh hotel with great architectual details. Fantastic location at the end of a supernice shopping and restaurant street. Fancy restaurant with great outside seating and cool bar. Also has a spa with two saunas, pool with waterfall and boublebath (needs to be booked due to capasity) that costs 20€ per person. Good breakfast inside and with restaurant facilities available as well.

Great hotel, conveniently located, very walkable, with friendly staff who are very helpful. Amazing courtyard where you can relax in the afternoon over a glass of wine. This is also where we had breakfast. Fantastic stay!

Lovely experience staying here . There was myself missus and x2 children . On our arrival staff was very helpful and because I was confused with the one way system the staff drove me in the my rented car around to the car park . Once we got to our room there was water ,fizzy drinks and a few treats for the children . Through out day they brought water too the room as it was so hot . The room was spotless and bathroom was big and had lots of space . Beds very comfortable and children was happy with there bunk beds . We had just drove from Venice and the gardens of the hotel were very peaceful and relaxing and the piano bar was even better . The restaurants and shops around the area were brilliant and cheap and it was great that the train station was only 10 mins walk so we could get the train into Milan town centre to visit the cathedral . Breakfast was lovely and the staff can’t do enough for you . On our last day we had an early check out as we had to be in airport for 6am to catch a flight . On checking out the staff made up x4 take out breakfasts which were lovely and saved us a lot of money in the airports . This was very thoughtful as we never asked but they noticed we was checking out at 5:30 am . Brilliant hotel on our next visit to Bergamo we will be staying here again .

Check-in was smooth, even half an hour before the official check-in time. Lady at reception helpful. But - due to my father's conditon, I kindly asked for a room with minimum/no stairs on the way by e-mail which was confirmed by hotel. Well, to reach our room, it was necessary to gain approx.10 steps up and 10 down. Anyway, the hotel itself is a very nice place, room not large, just ok, we had windows heading to the street but even on Saturday night did not mention much of noise with closed windows. Air conditon worked great, minibar had no prices around so expect 3-4 EUR per bottle.

Beautiful place.

Great for a night before heading to the airport

Beautiful property. Everything new. Staff very nice. Bedroom very small, and choice of English channels on tv was nearly non existent. They only had points. Breakfast absolutely delicious.

Overall it was a nice stay but I do feel a bit misguided by the pool. It’s not really a pool and you have to pay 20 euro to use it. They should be more clear about that.
