The property is gorgeous and perfectly match our expectations. This is a walking distance from Venice beach (around 20minutes) and has everything to host a large party like ours (2 adults couples, one teenager and a kid). the pool was the perfect size, and we took the heating option which was really great to us.

Loved our time at this wonderful home.The house layout was perfect for a family gathering of 7. Very spacious great room opening up to the pool and spa was perfect. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds.
Location close to so many restaurants and activities. Nice quiet neighborhood and house privacy.
Would definitely recommend for an extended stay in west LA

This was the perfect home base for our stay in Venice. The home is clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub and the adults loved the open concept that allowed the backyard to feel like an extension of the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It's short drive to Santa Monica The host was quick and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is even bigger and more spacious in person. Everything from the communication to the property was 5 Stars. Will absolutely visit again!

This is a beautiful property. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the living spaces especially the pool and spa. The property managers are great. They were very prompt in answering any questions. I would love to come back for more family time and relaxation.

We are three generations of a family and we enjoyed the house and neighborhood very much.
The house has a light, bright, contemporary feel and the children especially enjoyed the pool and spa.
The open floor plan allowed for all of us to be together to socialize and eat both inside and outside.

We stayed for our daughter's college graduation and had 4 couples stay at the house. It was perfect! Everyone had their own space. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. It was modern and clean - perfect for us! Thank you!!!

Beautiful and modern home. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Stocked with a lot of household necessities. Great pool and hot tub in the backyard. Good location. Easy drive to groceries and restaurants. Property manager was excellent in responding to any questions we had. Would be very happy to stay here again if we come back to LA.

This is a great house with a lovely pool and hot tub. The property manager is super responsive and helpful and the location is peaceful, but near to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Highly recommend! Thank you

My husband and I stayed in the house for the weekend and also hosted my baby shower there. Property Manager was very responsive and we had a lovely stay. Everyone loved the house and it suited our event perfectly!

This property was perfect. It was immaculately maintained, just like the pictures show, and the location was great. Close to the beach and west side activities but equally as close to weho/hollywood night life if we wanted. It was also just a great spot to hang out by the pool.

I am picky, my wife is pickier…we thought this home was immaculate! We would absolutely stay again. The home is impeccably designed and beautifully decorated. The layout is very well thought out and perfect for families or adults only. We were in the pool and hot tub most of the time! The sound system and gate were not working during our stay but that didn’t overshadow our trip at all and management was responsive. Beautiful property!

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully open and spacious house. The pool was well kept and the hot tub was a popular spot with our guests. Everyone in our party had their own bedroom and the kitchen was fun to gather around while meals were being made.
The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. Looking forward to renting this house again in the future.

I booked this home for a weekend getaway with friends and family. We were able to bring our sweet pup with us and we had the best time. The home was super clean and so beautifully laid out. We were just 5 minutes from Abbott Kinney, would absolutely love to stay here again. Property manager was incredible to work with. 10/10 stay!
