Perfect family vacation to Tahoe for Fall Break. Condo and the location are great.

Nice enough location . . . beds very comfortable . . . housekeeping/upkeep non-existent . . . management communication/assistance severely lacking . . . nuff said

We stayed in this townhouse during the week of July 4. It's in an awesome location, just off 267 so easy access to Truckee/I-80 but also super close to Kings Beach State Recreation Area, and then Incline Village/Mt. Rose Highway. There's also a Safeway right down the road, which made it very convenient for us to grab supplies. The townhouse itself had everything we needed - including a full kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer - except for air conditioning. We had booked this unit because the listing said it had central A/C, but it doesn't. However, we did bring this to the attention of the local property management staff and they were able to bring some fans, which helped. If you're there in the summer, I'd recommend opening the sliding doors and windows first thing in the morning to let cool air in, and make sure you ask for fans to be brought in if they're not already there so you can help move the cool air around. The complex is quiet and we never had an issue finding a parking spot, even considering that it was a busy week at the lake. We loved the pool (it's across Commonwealth and you'll need the pass to get in) and went there multiple times during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient location and a comfortable place to hang out.
