Location and price . Staff friendly. The hotel was immaculate. Bed comfortable, large room.

1 minor complaint, no grab bars in the bathroom tub area. for a senior citizen, they're important. For senior citizens, they're always appreciated. Especially with high tubs.

Absolutely beautiful inside and room . Loved the hotel and exceeded my expectation with the exception of tge staff
Lisa at front desk ,while check in with my service dog made me feel horrible and made me feel very uncomfortable. She questioned my paperwork and proceeded to tell me if I left my room without dog I would be forced to leave. This was extremely unwelcoming and rude worst interaction ever with a staff member! I was too afraid to leave room

Maintenance. A very new looking motel of this quality should not have glaring damage or patches. sink drain didn't drain properly.

The air conditioning unit in the room would not switch off. Even when the cool fan was turned off and the unit set to off, the compressor stayed on. This was annoying!

The trolley to Sims park was just excellent!

The breakfast was very good. The attendants for breakfast kept the food warm, well supplied and the area very clean . They were so nice and cheerful especially Melina . The desk staff were so nice and accommodating. It was a very enjoyable stay .

Deposit for security held back from our cash card for too long . As this is a holiday cash card not credit card we are now 100 dollars down on our accessible funds when questioned you say it can take a month due to bank process

Very clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. The most comfortable mattress. Modern decor. Breakfast included with room prices was really good. Nice gym and outdoor pool. Very convenient location.

I love that rooms were well maintained , common areas felt clean , secure , easily accessible.
They are only recently open so some of the odds and ends are being finished which is fine but my fridge in my room wasn’t plugged In so I lost some food .

We needed a disability room as my wife has issues with walking that require a walker and sometimes a transit chair. This was one of the best disability rooms we have been in. Spacious, lower sink, and very clean.
