Close to Cambridge Airport. Room size okay.

Almost everything! Quite a new place run down with messy front garden and front door open upon arrival with no-one seemingly inside. Finally found a tenant who had just arrived via AirBnB and who had a code for his room key box, but none given with my booking. Another longer stay (2 weeks so far) tenant appeared after 15 minutes who said the owners had gone on holiday earlier that day for 2 weeks and a 'Sebastian' was looking after the property, who was nowhere to be seen and I waited 30 minutes for. I had to make a decision by 7pm; I could see no sight of the supper, room was filthy with old meal and can etc left around and unprepared in all senses with just a loose sheet on bed and wondered if breakfast was also ever going to happen and how. I left to stay 60 miles south with my mum near Barnet , as I could not raise owner nor find Sebastian and had to have a meal and room for the night (of the two nights dinner, bed and breakfast booked). Earlier text about using the code (if I had one!) from owner, but didn't seem to realise I was with Booking.com perhaps and their mobile (only know method of communication) was turned off and went straight to voicemail and no texts were answered at all over the potential whole stay period (and I had confirmed my stay the previous and also same day via booking.com and their mobile) nor heard anything to date as to what is or was happening and what to do then or since and for my subsequent request for a rebate.

Property was clean, facilities okay. Was told we can use the garden, but was full of washing left to dry outside. Staff was okay, offered early check in for 12nn, but not communicated definite time for check out and had a little miscommunication and told me she will charge me more for leaving property half an hour early.

Clean, compact but comfortable for a short stay.

No Wi-Fi available even though it says they have in the adrvert. I messaged the property but they never got back to me. It was a converted garage so there was not much floor space to put a case down...
