Weather was fantastic! The condo was close to the pool which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of amenities including two bikes that we used a lot. The kitchen could use a little updating, but was well stocked. We arrived after a 12 hour drive at 6 pm only to find that the condo had not been cleaned. Sam was quick to respond and a service arrived within 20 minutes and cleaned the whole condo in 1/2 hour while we waited on the deck. We are frequent visitors to HHI and normally stay in Palmetto Dunes, this was our first time at Shipyard.

Everything you might need is provided in this home-away-from-home. Bikes, grill, beach toys, and every convenience. It's all there and in good working order in a well-decorated condo. We can't wait to return.

Comfortable bed and couches. Very clean. Close to pool, though quite frigid in April. Bike paths easy to navigate. Beach takes ~20 minutes to walk, but in off season there were close parking available. Nice variety of cooking and baking dishes. A few suggestions: 1) oven mitts without holes...burned my thumb; 2) trailers are not allowed to park here. I wish this would have been stated on the website. With a large family traveling from New England, we brought a trailer to haul our beach gear, luggage, etc. We ended up having to rent a storage facility for our trailer. It just would have been nice to know so we could have planned accordingly.

Everything was great during our stay in this home: very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Easy heck-in/check out. The gated neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The owner provided two decent beach cruiser bikes plus direction and discount to rent more if needed - with free delivery/pick up right from the door it was super helpful!

Relaxing and peaceful stay

My mom, dad, husband and I stayed here for approximately a week. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend! The host was available when we had questions and was very hospitable! Check in and check out was super easy. We will be staying again someday!

Upon arrival place was not clean. I could tell Sam the owner was not pleased with this and I sent him pictures. Within 2 hrs someone came and cleaned all kitchen floor dining are and Vacuumed the living room. Now it was all good after this mishap right at the beginning. Place has plenty of room nice decks around back. Great BBQ gas to cook whatever. Kitchen had all the things required but definitely needs an update. Both bathrooms looked recently updated and the walk in shower was nice. Sam gave us easy to follow instructions for the TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We only used one bedroom as it was just two of us. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to anyone looking for a good stay. Beach close, pool even closer, but extremely cold outdoor pool. But fun I'm sure for younger ones. All in all a very pleasant stay and Sam was very prompt with any questions.

My husband and I booked Sam's place last minute, and are happy that we did! This spot is a very great location in the Evian community (and Hilton Head in general). The pool is in walking distance and the beach access at Shipyard is a short drive away. We took advantage of the board games and puzzles and enjoyed the restaurant suggestions provided which made it a little easier to choose where to eat dinner. This was the 1st of many trips to Hilton Head and understand why people fall in love with life on the HHI. We look forward to going back in the future!

My family and I really loved this property in Hilton Head! The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable! The outdoor deck was a great place to unwind at night. Easy and beautiful bike to the beach. We also loved being close to the Shelter Cove Marina where we did some fun excursions with Outside Hilton Head. Owner was very responsive. We hope to be back!

My husband and two boys (ages 11 and 14) just returned from a week here. We had a great time. Really enjoyed the bikes provided and all of the biking paths. Loved how close the villa was to the pool and tennis courts. Everything was just as described in the listing and very clean!! A bike ride to the beach is fine if you don’t plan to take a lot of stuff. It’s about a ten minute bike ride. We decided to drive up (gotta go early, like by 9 am to get a spot in the Shipyard lot) because we had our chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. I have to say that the mattress in the master bedroom is THE most comfortable one we have ever experienced on vacation! Loved that! Bring some games and spend some great family time here at HHI! I did a puzzle and left it behind for others to do, too! Enjoy your time here. You won’t regret booking this villa!

If you are looking for a getaway place just to relax and enjoy life, this is the place to go, Everybody is friendly, it’s clean and beautiful. I will be going back.

This was the best vacation spot our family has ever experienced! Sam's villa is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and super clean. (It is actually prettier than the photos show!) We had plenty of room for the six of us to eat, play games, and relax. The location to the pool and tennis courts is excellent, and the beach is only a short car ride or 10 minute bike ride. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals, and the large 6-person table in the dining area was perfect for our family! The bicycles were an added bonus, as we used them daily. We are already talking about staying at Sam's villa again! Thank you!

This is our second time to stay at this wonderful Villa. We loved it so much that we booked it a second time. We love shipyard plantation anyway, and this villa is so convenient and has such easy access. It's a close bike ride to the beach and they also have a wonderful pool at the complex. Sam is so easy to deal with, and gives lots of helpful information regarding the area. He even supplies two bikes! You cannot go wrong with this place! We will definitely be back again!

We have been fortunate to use Sam's condo yet again. We have worked with Sam for several years and have never been disappointed with Sam's desire to accommodate our needs or the condition of his condo. The area is extremely quiet and close to both the beach and the pool. The condo is well kept and is regularly updated. I can't think of a thing I'd change but then again I guess that's why we come back year after year. It's certainly a wonderful condo at a great destination.

This beautiful villa was everything the listing description described and more. All of the rooms were spacious and very tastefully decorated! Location was very accessible to anywhere we wanted to go such as: restaurants, bike paths, cafes, swimming pool, beach, entertainment, etc. Sam was very gracious and quick in replying to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay. Our favorite restaurants are the Black Marlin and the Crazy Crab. There are many things to do on the Island. We have been going to Hilton Head for the past 20 years and were very impressed with this villa being the most updated and very nicely decorated. We had a great 2 week vacation and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Sam for the rental of your beautiful villa!

We spent a week in this beautiful Evian villa and loved every minute! Just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and a one minute walk to the pool. The bikes that were provided for us were great for riding to the beach and even around town. The villa was spotless upon arrival and completely stocked with everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and we would definltley consider staying here again!

We stayed at the Evian Villa for a week and it was great!. I liked how close it was to the pool and I liked how it was centrally located to a lot of the Islands attractions. A bike ride to Coligny Plaza and down the road is Shelter Cove. The bikes were a great addition and we had a lot of fun on all the paths throughout. It was very comfortable and a great place to stay!!

Having visited HHI for 15 years I must say that Sam is on of the best owners to work with. Very nice Villa with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. Will definitely consider staying again and will recommend to our friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in this lovely, spacious two-room villa in Shipyard Plantation. There was a great view of the golf course from the master bedroom. The villa is ideally located between Coligny Beach and the Sea Pines Circle. Great walking paths were just outside the door and just across the street were tennis courts and the community swimming pool. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Bikes were provided for touring the island and there was also a gas grill outside. Both of the bathrooms were nicely upgraded and attractive. I would definitely recommend the unit to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home on Hilton Head Island. After our long trip from Delaware what a pleasure it was to arrive at and enter this exceptionally well maintained and meticulously furnished home. 105 Evian is ideally situated on the island with highly convenient access to many fine shopping and dining spots. With biking so easy and safe the bikes furnished with the rental were great to have. We needed a couple extra for our daughter and son in law and following Sam's advice we contacted Tiger Bike Rental. They were super to deal with offering the discount and delivered the bikes ready to go the same day! The community has a wonderful pool facility justa 2 minute walk from the home and we enjoyed this amenity on several days. The home we found to be very clean offering everything we needed to live as if in our own home. The cable tvs and wifi were much appreciated by all. The newly renovated baths are quite luxurious adding a real plus to our enjoyment of the home. The bedroom/bath layouts worked out great for us - both affording quiet and privacy as necessary and desired (we had a loveable 2 yr old with us). All enjoyed Hilton Head Island a great deal, we will want to return and certainly won't hesitate to pursue 105 Envian. Thank you for a most enjoyable accommodation!

The villa was very nice. Everything is updated clean and well maintained. The owner provides great customer service. The beach is very nice. Restaurants were easy to get to just a great place to stay.

We just returned home from an absolutely wonderful week at this villa. This villa is far, far better than advertised. It is very beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, and it has everything a family could need including a fully stocked kitchen, tonnes of space, very comfortable beds and bedding, and new electronics and home entertainment. Also, Sam (the owner) even provided two adult bikes for us to use while we were there, which was a huge bonus given the number of gorgeous bike trails on the island! The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. Shipyard itself is a very natural and beautiful section of the island and Sam's villa is located right in the middle. Very close to the pool (only about a minute walk or so) and has very easy access by car or bike to the beach club. On a more personal note, dealing with Sam, someone I've never met before and even lives in another country, felt more like dealing with an old friend. Our correspondance with him was prompt, helpful and very friendly, which in my experience makes all the difference. We loved our stay there and will be returning to Sam and Debbie's Villa without any doubt. In fact, we can't wait to go back!!

This condo is wonderful. Everything was as advertised. It is close enough to all attractions, yet far enough that you do not feel like you are in a tourist area. Our group consisted of 4 adults (2 middle age and 2 elderly) and 2 teenagers. There was something for everyone to do. We look forward to staying in this condo again next year.

The condo has been totally updated, is very clean, has very comfortable furniture and has everything you could possibly want for your vacation.
