It was great staying in a house with a fully fenced yard and a doggie door! The kitchen had great spice selection, but it could use larger and wider variety of pots and pans and more/better silverware. They get bonus points for incredible water pressure in the shower! Amazing! Overall, if you only plan to sleep in the house, it's a great space!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. A/C worked great and we enjoyed the backyard.

Awful spent 3 days on a house over 80 sweating Could not sleep due to heat. Spent hours trying to get AC resolved. Never did. Pillows were like rocks. Cobwebs in rooms. Neighbors were prowling cars at night. Worst experience to date.

I stayed 2 nights with my older teen while in town for a sports tournament. I would give this property another chance because it met our basic needs, but they need to work out some issues. Pros: proximity to amenities and nearby towns/recreation, easy to find, listing was accurate, beds were clean. The neighborhood seems safe. Cons: Upon arrival large, heavy, and expensive package was at front door and that created time-consuming communication with management which shouldn’t have been my problem. One bathroom was dirty; toilet not flushed or clean, hair on the floor and in the tub/shower, and spit spots on the mirror. Microwave casing is cracked and I wasn’t comfortable using it. There were no checkout instructions. I tried to let the host & management know in a survey and they responded with a “glad it met your standards” text, hence the detailed review.

This was a well located home to go to Bend, Sisters, Redmond, Eagle Crest. This home is not handicap accessible and if you have issues with stairs, there is a sunken living room area that has a very small step. you have to use this area to access the kitchen and backyard. When dark it is difficult to see the small step so be careful. It would have been nice to have more furniture in the living area. another chair or two or a love seat. it is awkward to chat when everyone is sitting on the couch as you are not facing each other. The patio is amazing, but backyard furniture and perhaps a picnic or dining table would have been ideal. I had family from Alaska and they wanted to be outside all the time as the weather was very nice but we had to move the kitchen table chairs to the outside. A small BBQ of some sort would also have been very nice, but not mandatory. Parking is limited so 3 cars max with one in the garage. The master bedroom bed is a bit hard, but i know some people like it that way. Overall I would stay here again.
