I would stay here again. It was very clean very centrally located and once we got in, it was easy to access with lots of parking . However, there were several things that could make this place a lot better when we got there the code did not work. We got there at 9 o’clock at night And we could not get in till 1130. It was very hard to contact or access anyone from VRBO or the good Night management I was stranded in the heat In the middle of the night with two kids, it was Very stressful. Good night management should check to see if all of their guests are checked in or not and if somebody isn’t checked in, they need to be readily available until they are I could not contact anyone, one of the phone numbers that was listed to contact was no longer working. Once we got in the place was very clean and very nice however there were zero things like toilet paper, soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, dish towels, paper towels, and trash bags. I had to go purchase all of these things. I don’t know if house cleaning for that particular unit just forgot to put all that in it I’m not sure, but that was definitely a negative. But besides all that the place is really lovely and I contacted them again to see if I could book it for another stay that I have in the future. they sent me a rate that was twice what it was this time around the actual taxes and cleaning We’re more than the night stay. This place has potential of being a really wonderful rental,

This was a nice, clean, apartment. It was a short Uber to downtown, and there is a Publix right across the street for anything you need. A Thai restaurant and a hot chicken place were just up the street. A yoga place and a juice place were walking distance. We were there with our young adult children, and they had to go through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom. This didn't work great as they stay up later than we did. It seems like a better setup for those with little kids. Overall, that was the only thing we wish were different. It was a lovely stay. For those with mobility issues please note it is on the 3rd floor, but we didn't mind the exercise.

Everything about our stay here was perfect! The location, especially being able to walk to 12 South area, it was clean and smells brand new, the mattresses were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and next door is a wonderful place - MELROSE AESTHETICS with well trained experts in the aesthetician field, Lindsey & Katie! We enjoyed everything here & will be back! 💗💓💗
