They were very accommodating with regard to special request we made during our stay. The room are being cleaned everyday. Very homey and relaxing vibe.

- the wifi gets very slow in the evening when everybody’s on it. But if you have phone datas then you’ll be fine, good signal. - Poor isolation. You can hear your neighbors snoring 😄 bring earplugs and problem solved!

Great staff (Front desk, security and housekeeping) all friendly and helpful. Clean very affordable room in quiet central Cebu hotel. Ayala mall which is amazing place is close by maybe 15 min walk or short Jeepny ride. Small mall about 5 min walk right turn on main road has Starbucks, Burger King and several good restaurants.

Wifi in room very slow if you can even connect but you can get good Wifi in lobby and enjoy a fresh brewed coffee or instant that Filipinos seem to prefer. Street that Hotel is on very narrow and busy with scooters but is only few minutes from main road.

It is pretty new building.

There is no elevator. The power went out twice due to breaker malfunction. The front desk is not friendly. There was a power outage and when power was back, I was trying to eat my food in the lobby, and was rushed to finish my food by staff or owner because the power needs to be turned off again. I am halfway done eating. No regard to quests comfort.

This is a perfect hotel for short stay in Cebu. It was clean and in a good location.

The hotel is surrounded by a gate that has to be open by a guard from the inside. While it is definitely a positive security aspect, it was a little inconvenient when you are entering or exiting.

Clean and neat room. Value for the price.

The hotel is tucked inside a narrow one way lane and the main road outside can be very busy and dangerous.
