Sparkling clean house, comfortable space, helpful & friendly host. We were provided with food/drink basics as well as thoughtful little extras like bottled water, an apple pie & bread rolls. Plenty of space in the house for us all and in a great location for travelling around Waterford County.

Water heating system is a bit confusing - but Aoife was great at getting back quickly & explaining it!

We had an absolutely lovely time staying in Sleepy Rock Dungarvan. The house is beautiful, very clean with loads of space. It was great to be able to have a lovely place to return to during the day as our youngest daughter still has a daytime nap. Aoife the owner was fantastic. She met us on our arrival and was so friendly with lots of information about what we could do with the kids in the area. The fridge was socked with water, milk, butter and cheese and ham, we even had a delicious apples tart! It was great to be able to relax with a cup of tea after we arrived. Would highly recommend

Beautifully kept large house in a quiet suburb not far from the town centre of Dungarvan. The house is well stocked with amenities from the bathrooms, a basics in the fridge (and a complimentary apple tart from our host!) and facilities for washing and drying clothes. Overall loved it, huge bedrooms with comfy beds! Would recommend, ideal for a family or group of friends!

We did find the wifi a bit slow with multiple devices connecting, but otherwise no issues at all with our stay.

The place was really welcoming and clean. There are plenty of natural lights throughout. Quite area. Close to the town area. The homemade apple pie was a lovely touch and was delicious. It's just feel like a home from home. Everything you need was there.

The house is spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen is bright and spacious, with all of the facilities you could need (and then some!). There's even a washing machine and dryer in the utility room, and the host left laundry detergent. The beds are really comfortable, and there is parking for 2 cars in the drive. Some touches went above and beyond what you'd expect, including the host leaving water, milk, and butter in the fridge, along with a home baked apple tart and some bread rolls! It was such a nice surprise to arrive into the house to those nice touches; it really started off our weekend on a high note. We were 3 couples staying in Dungarvan to celebrate a family birthday; it was a perfect base for our weekend in Waterford, and 5 minute drive into Dungarvan town. I would highly recommend for a group looking for a base in Dungarvan.

Nothing, you could not fault the accommodation, or the host's effort to making guests comfortable.
