The view from the apartment was breathtaking, overlooking Villefranche and just a 5 minute drive from Eze, absolutely magical. While no breakfast is offered, it was also a quick drive down the winding French Riviera roads to the sea side village below. Cannot recommend highly enough

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr schönen Materialien und viel Geschmack ausgestattet. Stilmöbel passen gut zur traumhaften Lage oberhalb von Beaulieu. Der Blick vom Balkon ist der absolute Traum. Die Autos und Mororräder, die auf der Moyenne Corniche naturgemäß unterwegs sind, werden durch Schallschutzfenster ausgeblendet. Danke für den Aufenthalt, ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

This is a beautiful apartment with calm quest nature surroundings. Vytas - the owner explained everything when I arrived and also proposed late checkout was nice. You can see beautiful sunrise in the morning and having a cup of coffee at terrace was nice. Also I locked out from the apartment when I was putting the luggage into the car- I was kinda panicked but the cleaning lady and man helped me to open the door with their spare key, immediately contacted with Vytas. I appreciate all of you and apologize my careless behavior 🙏. Overall it was nice cozy stay outside of busy city !

Very nice apartment with great view. I wish I coud say the same about the owner, man named Vytas, who is trying to take advantage of us as we speak. It all started with false claims about us having a party one night. He called and told we are having people over the day before and it is a violation of their rules. We were able to rebut that easily with bill from Hotel De Paris Monte Carlo proving we stayed there on that night instead of his place, that’s because we went to the award ceremony and gala dinner of Monte Carlo TV Festival. That was the first sign of danger and looking back it’s likely that it was his first attempt to frame us in order to make an easy buck or simply persecute us for not looking to his liking. I remember remarks and strange questions from the time we checked about my looks that led me believe that he does not like me very much. After we checked out he soon called, accusing us braking his chair. He talked me in most disrespectful and inpolite manner, called me „boy“ and „fxcking asshole“ before hanging up. There was a chair in the apartment with loose backrest, that came off by simply moving the chair around the table from one place to another. A proper piece of furniture cannot break like this, obviously it was already broken. I had no idea I had obligation to point that out to anyone, it felt like nitpicking, as would of been pointing out besheets with holes in them. After all, view was great. Now he is demanding money. Maybe he's thinking we are from far away place, easy to be intimidated. Maybe it’s because he is channelling his prejudice towards us he had about us from the start. It’s not only because of the chair, he also claims that we left apartment very dirty and he is demanding 450 euros. Now here is where it gets really strange. A bit spooky actually. When we checked in he removed a pot from kitchen, telling us that his cleaning lady left it too dirty. Couple of days later it was returned on the window of our bathroom.

Before we left we cleaned apartment and put dishes in diswasher, except few fragile glasses, as we were sure that cleaners knows better, how to put them in safe. We also put our garbage in 2 bags in the kitchen – we would of recycled them ourself, but he never told us where. I don’t really know, what is the exact cleaning policy while staying with Booking.com. There has not been a cleaning fee as far as I’ve remembered, but whenever there’s a place with kitchen and sink I always clean up anyway as well as possible because that’s a decent thing to do. So did we this time, but he claims otherwise. Now, lets think back – remember, I told you earlier, the owner clearly stated, that he has cleaning service when he removed dirty pot. Therefore it was reasonable for us to believe that the same cleaning service will apply to us too, so dishes in dishwasher and garbage ready to be taken out should not qualify leaving apartment dirty. After he told us we left the place dirty, I reminded him this about it and asked him straight - what exactly did we leave dirty? I asked to tell us what the problem is and send us pictures several times. He did not answer my question, neither did he send us the pictures. He just told us, that he is going to hold on to the pictures for the future. Now why is that? It is clear that he is trying to blackmail us and remembering way he was, I would not be surprised, if he trashed the place after we left just to have the photos to frame us. Please, be very, very careful with that person! It made me realize that in the future I have to make photos and videos before I check out to protect myself being a target of baseless claims, I have been Booking.com’s customer for many years and I’ve traveled a lot. There have been 0 problems in the past. 0. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Then again, I have never been a victim of blackmail or fraud.
