The apartment has a full kitchen, which we used daily. It was superbly clean when we arrived. It has a washer and dryer on site. FREE parking provided by host is down the block. The metro is a block away. We used the metro daily to get to rue St. Catherine and to other sites. Super market 2 blocks down. The T2 bistro directly below has great breakfast sandwiches, we bought a full tray of croissants the day we left. The white horse brewery is down the block. There is a beautiful park 2 blocks away, when we stayed there was music every night. Our stay was great because the apartment is in a prime location to get everywhere in Montréal. The botanical garden, bio dome are a short ride on metro from the apartment. Atwater market is a short drive, and a must to do for great food and produce.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré. L'emplacement est impeccable, il est proche des transports et nous pouvons nous rendre à la marche vers beaucoup de lieux de visites. Propriétaire disponible et réactif.

La location est située rue Ontario, à côté du métro BERRI-UQAM, en plein centre.

L'appartement est plus petit que ce qu'il paraissait sur les photos (la photo présentée ci-dessus ne correspond pas à l'appartement n°2 dans lequel nous étions). Il est très légèrement en pente pour une partie du sol. Le quartier est bigarré, à la fois central et en même temps, dans une partie de la ville qui ne parait pas 100% sécure.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. C'est un vieil appartement "rien n'est droit" sauf dans la cuisine mais qui à tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. On pouvait observer les écureuils depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine qui donnait sur la cour intérieure. Comme déjà dis dans plusieurs commentaires l'accès par les escaliers n'est pas à conseiller pour des personnes âgés. Très proche d’une station de métro qui donne sur 3 lignes. On se rend rapidement au centre-ville. Nous avons aussi profité de la place réservée pour la voiture a une centaine de mettre de l’appartement vraiment très pratique car le stationnement payant dans la rue. Merci

We all liked the cleanliness of the rooms, it was central to walk everywhere and take the metro. The hosts were great and prompt to answer our questions regarding the property. The only part was we could not find the house number of the property right away, because of some misunderstandings. Again we just called the owner and he sent us the right number of the property. They were on call for us. Amazing.

We did not have closets to put our clothes away. The closets were locked. This did not make any sense. That is the only complain.

Everything was great, fully frnished, everything included! The property is clean as if it is a new house! Just one thing, since the number on the heater controller is gone, it takes time to adapt with the controller to control the heat. But other than that, this is a 5 star property!

Relatively roomy, private apartment in a super practical location (close to two metro lines, supermarket, restaurants, etc.) with a fairly well stocked kitchen and free parking; a good budget option for no longer budget Montreal, but overall guest experience could have been better

- Sending repeated messages that only positive reviews should be posted and "selling" services that are usually free (early check-in, etc.) was a HUGE faux pas for me. - Bare minimum invested into the property: low-quality bedding; space could benefit from a deep clean; gaps in the windows made them impossible to close completely, making it noisy and cold at night

A localização é maravilhosa bastante perto de pontos de interesse na cidade bem como fácil acesso ao aeroporto através de onibus. O staff é bastante eficiente nas respostas e estão a disposição rapidamente para esclarecer qualquer dúvida. O estacionamento grátis é de fato um grande diferencial pois reduz bastante o seu custo diário ter onde deixar seu carro.

Não me atrapalhou pois me hospedei apenas com mais dois casais jovens porém se você tiver um idoso ou pessoa com mobilidade reduzida as escadas são bem íngremes então é importante levar em consideração caso tenha alguém desse perfil no seu grupo.

Très bons équipements, avec un emplacement top. Le gros plus c’est le parking gratuit qui a permis de faire une grosse économie afin de profiter de notre séjour. l’appartement est grand, propre avec des équipements top. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Petit point négatif sur la propreté de la vaisselle (couverts) sinon parfait.

Les 2 chambres, la machine à laver et le sèche-linge. La cuisine, le salon. Bon appartement pour notre passage. Il y avait tout. Des couvertures en plus super. C'est un endroit recommandé. Bien placé. Achat de croissant vraiment délicieux en bas de l'appartement.

On ne peut garer que un véhicule. Le parking est à distance de l'appartement donc il faut décharger devant l'entrée puis partir se garer. La porte d'entrée est difficile à ouvrir par moment. La ventilation de la hotte n'est plus protégée par une grille ce qui est dangereux. Attention, l'adresse du 854 n'existe pas, c'est le 853

It was a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was super easy and I loved having a place to park.

Free parking off street but car parking was a 1/2 block away. Full kitchen, well stoked. Beds very comfy and the 3 bedrooms a good size ( not too small). Coffee shop below apartment makes great coffee. Very convenient for Metro. A lot of steps up to apartment which was hard for sister with poor knees. On a kinda busy street but not much noise in apartment.

The best features were the location (a couple of blocks from St. Denis), the shower (really good pressure) and the parking spot (it is a block away in a rough looking semiprivate parking lot). The host was reachable and nice. Period.

The pictures are deceiving. The place is much smaller, crammed and uncomfortable that you would expect for six people (the tiny dining table would not allow us to have meals together) and the price we paid. It's very basic in an old house. The guests in the apartment on the third floor (we were on the second) were very noisy (but mostly because of the place, not the guests having to move around). The sleeping couch was very uncomfortable, my daughter barely slept at all. We were recommended to get breakfast from the coffee place downstairs, but it had barely anything available (just non-appetizing muffins). Totally overpriced (we paid CAN +2.000 for a three night stay).

The Location and the free parking spot were the only great things about this place.

We rented two apartments right next to each other. In apartment 561, the floor was really slanted, which made it tricky to find a comfy sleeping position. But the bedrooms were pretty spacious, so that was a plus. Now, apartment 531 was a bit of a bummer because the washing machine was out of order. Not cool, especially since we had a little kid with us. It would've been nice if they gave us a heads-up so we could've asked for a different place. Now, let's talk about the kitchen situation. It was a letdown – the pots, pans, and cooking tools, even the can and wine openers, were low-quality stuff. We had to suck it up and buy our own gear, which kinda defeats the purpose of renting a place with a kitchen, you know? The beds were decent though, and the mattresses were comfy. To top it all off, on the last night, guess what? We spotted a mouse in the unit! So there we were, in the middle of the night, scrambling to get rid of all our trash and food that was out in the open. Not the best ending to our stay, for sure.

mountains of passive aggressive emails and communications from the property staff regarding check in, check out, parking, asking me to download some app? There was so much I didn't read any of it. Only one bathroom. A/C was set to 58(!) when we arrived. Lots of flies on the terrace because neighbors keep their bins close by.

It was very clean. Had everything you see in the pictures. Having parking is helpful, but not in a great location.

What you don’t see or hear… makes the stay very uncomfortable when you can’t sleep. There is very little air flow or air conditioning. There is one very very loud unit in the master room. Super noisy and the air does not reach out in the living room or other bedroom. Neighbors were up late dancing and partying and up at 6am thumping above us. Staff apologized but didn’t do anything. We ended up threatening to call the police ourselves. The Wi-Fi went out for over 12 hours and though the staff acknowledged it, we didn’t hear from them after 7pm before the night we checkout. We couldn’t use our phones to get directions, we couldn’t watch TV. So, yeah, hated hanging out at the place.

The condo/apartment was very clean, we appreciated the effort to have a clean well-kept and well decorated place to stay. Having a coffee shop below us was great for the mornings. This was convenient!

The queen bed in one bedroom was probably the worst mattress I have ever tried. we could not sleep together in that bed. we ended up sleeping in the double beds in other bedrooms because the mattress was like sleeping on wood. This to us shows a lack of caring about your quests asking them to sleep on something like that. The heating/cooling system in the condo is exceptionally difficult. some rooms were HOT while others were extremely cold. Parking was sketchy, where we had to park our car didn't leave us with a confident feeling, however, nothing happened to the car so that was good. I realize this is out of your control but the constant construction made it difficult to sleep and walk around.
