very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. the check in process was very easy and though we didnt encounter any on-site staff, i was able to get my questions answered quickly through message. the location was incredible! a comfortable walking distance from a lot of very nice restaurants and venues

The place was cute & homey feeling.

The property was a little odd, I wasn't expecting to be in a basement. I should've read more about the property. I would've appreciated 2 bars of soap and an extra towel or two.

Very cool place! Quiet location. Very easy in and out. There is a parking structure across the street that you can park in overnight. Cost $48 with parking from about 3pm Wednesday to 1:30pm Thursday. Room was spotless. Very cool amenities. The shades really block out the sun. Bed is comfy. Got a great sleep. Will definitely always be the first place I check to see if there is an opening when I stay in Grand Rapids!

Wished there was a little sign in the room itself about the ice machine and little breakfast condiments at the end of the hall by the elevator.

I think for me I prefer a more hotel vibe when traveling alone. This place is super nice but there is no desk, you do everything through the app/texting. Also, you can't open the blinds because the windows are right at street level so people would see right into your room. Otherwise it's very clean and very well.located so you can walk to everything. Also there is no gym or anything like that. This place had.more airbnb vibes and not hotel vibes.

Property was clean and comfortable.

There were only 2 towels. It would’ve been nice to have 2 extra towels so we can have one for our hair and the other for body. I wish we would’ve known about the ice machine when we arrived.

Cool room and well appointed.

Loved the modern design, bed super comfy, great coffee, loved the record play (just wish the albums weren't so scratched), walking distance to sooooo much!!! Loved it!

I charmless assortment of rooms in a BASEMENT, overlooking an alley. No human beings anywhere on the property. It did not feel safe or secure in any way. This is NOT a hotel--it's an AirBnB in a bassement.
