The apartment was new and clean with plenty of room. The pool and gym facilities were excellent. The location to the beach, restaurants and stores were great as well.

The cable was not necessarily from America. Nothing local or even national. MostlyBBC broadcasts and some old time TV channels. Didn’t make for relaxed evening of TV viewing. But we read a lot so it wasn’t that big a deal..

Great location. Comfortable bed.

Not cleaned very well. Found a dog toy and nose ring on the floor. Wet bedding and towels in the washer upon arrival. I put them in the dryer so they wouldn't smell. Also, my towel bar in the bathroom was broken off and laying on the sink. I did call about the towel bar so I wouldn't be charged for it. The customer service rep was helpful. Seemed complicated to change rooms as he told me I had to put in a written request thru email and state why. I just had him note the towel bar and did some cleaning myself.

The spaciousness and light of the place and the fitness room.

Cleanliness could have been better. Really dusty floors and entertainment center, dirty coffee cups, and the island was nasty with crumbs and residue. I never found "trash receptacles " When I finally found what looked like a dumpster could be behind some doors, there was a mountain of trash just laying in there, it was disgusting

My husband and i were able to enjoy our anniversary with lots of relaxation. The place was very clean and fully equipped, so once we did get everything up there, we really didn't have to go out unless we wanted to. Location privacy and cleanness. Overall, we had an amazing anniversary weekend! 💕 we needed this type of atmosphere it was absolutely amazing!!

I was on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator. It was also advertised that my unit had a patio/balcony, and we had none. Water pressure sucked in the bathroom and kitchen. But otherwise, it was amazing. We wished these things were better, but it didn't spoil our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves in spite of those little things. Although a balcony would have been great! We were looking forward to sitting outside drinking a glass of wine. Once it cooled off!

Beautiful property! short drive to beach, and restaurants on island. The suite was quite spacious very clean. Great deal for the price!

Only thing we didn’t care for was the mattress. Not the most comfortable.

Floors had not been mopped and were very dusty. Would love to have had a nice size broom and light vacuum to remove dust off the floors.

The door locking system is not the best and kept making random noises like it was trying to either lock or unlock the door.

The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept and the dryer had lint build up from a few weeks. Most of the glasses in the cupboard were dirty.

Everything else. So filthy. The unit was so dirty I was disgusted. It was clearly not properly cleaned prior to arrival. Then, took first 2 hrs to arrange a re-clean and afterwards it STILL wasn’t clean. Beds were so noisy and uncomfortable. No foldout couch. Pet hair all over couch. Human hair in every corner, shower and on all baseboards.

Beautiful great location

The smell of the water coming out of the faucets smells like rotten eggs/sulfur. If you let the water run the smell frills the apartment, it gave me a headache. The property manager will tell you to let the water run for a while and the smell will go away- guess what? It doesn’t!

Very nice, centrally located

We really liked the place, but Hire new house keepers. The bathroom was gross! Hair everywhere. The hair in the shower/tub was not pet hair and it was not from the top of someone’s head! There was blood on the comforter! Dishes were put up dirty. Our friends staying in the next breezeway said their place was gross too.

It was very clean and bright. The pool was very nice. And the property was very quiet.

The gate was never closed, that we saw. And the geese made walking to the pool tricky. Not a big deal but still gross to avoid all the poop on the sidewalk. The water pressure wasn’t the best and the hot water temp could have been a bit higher. All small things for considering for the future but nothing that would keep us from staying there again.

The property is beautiful. The apartment we were in was practically brand new. The pool area was sooooo beautiful

The Water!!! Oh my goodness the hot water smells like rotten eggs!! I mean you turn it on and it stinks up the entire place. We had to go buy water to brush our teeth with. My husband got nauseated from the smell. It was horrible!! We called maintenance and no one showed up, didn’t even get a phone call back. We were afraid to shower because it smelled so bad. We ended up renting a hotel room just to have somewhere to take a good shower.

The handle on the toilet in the one bathroom was broken and the place was not very clean.

We liked the location. Aesthetically, it was pleasant. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but what they have seemed nice.

Our floor throughout the apartment needed to be cleaned. It clearly had not been vacuumed or swept as there was dirt throughout and hair in the bathroom. My chihuahua kept finding things to eat off of the floor and rug. The bathtub must have been washed with the walls of the shower overlooked as there was more than just hair on the shower walls left behind from previous guests. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. We had discussed purchasing an air mattress instead of sleeping on it. To be frank, I would not recommend this location based on the uncomfortable bed. Unless you enjoy sleeping on a hard, stiff bed you’ll find a restful nights sleep, impossible. The location is good and bad. It’s great as it’s close to everything but having it off of such a busy road made it a loud place to sleep.

Liked the location, like the open and spacious rooms. Comfortable.

Had to call to get access to our room. After we had called several times to straighten out some confusion on reservation information, it was still not taken care of. So when we arrived did not have access to our room, expected someone there, since they wanted to know when we would arrive, but no one came out of their office, so relied on a guest or two. On more then one occasion we could not access the 'gate house' with our key fob. The information about the room was confusing, and had to call to make sure we had certain items in the room, was not clear on the information sheet. Rooms were not as clean as would like, picked up many bugs in the carpet, dust on several furniture items, sink was dirty in bathrooms, hair in shower.
