House was large and well equipped for our stay. Plenty of games and activities for our kids. We also loved the dock with dive platform and paddle boat. Great location on water and land.

Spent a long weekend here and everything was great! Huge screened in deck, large dock, ample parking, two pairs of washer/dryers, and three fridge/freezers really set this house apart from other places we've stayed at the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of room and wonderful “extras”, like the ice machine…game changer! We loved it!

We found property and outside dock area to our liking. Home was spacious with enough bathrooms for everyone. Appliances were dated but everything worked. Appreciated the extra refrigerators and ice maker. Improvements: more towels, replacement of mattresses, better pillows, and removal of area rug on top of LR carpet. Loved the Sun Room! The dock and Lilly pad, paddle boat was excellent for the children. Thank you for the opportunity to share your property with our family.

Place was great and we had all of things to do there.

We had 6 adults and 5 children for our vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The dock and screened in deck were great and amenities like 2 laundry areas, multiple refrigerators and ice machine were added bonuses. Great location and Brenda was wonderful to work with. We would not hesitate to book this house again.

Property was in a great location. The cove was good for swimming and the dock had a good set up. House was also just 10 minutes from the main strip and just about anything else you needed.

We had a large family group of 21 people stay at this house - including 13 children ranging from 3-14 yrs old and a few older teenagers. Everyone had a blast! There’s so much to do at the house, inside and outside. Lots of games to play, foosball, ping pong, cornhole and lots of lake activities such as paddleboat, paddleboard, lily pad. Everyone stayed busy and spent most of the day outside on the dock and lake. With 21 people I was concerned with space but we never felt cramped- there was plenty of room for everyone! The only thing to note is that the driveway is VERY steep- not a complaint just a heads up. Don’t forget your shoes for the dock because it gets very hot - but they do warn you about this ahead of time! Everything was perfect for our family get together and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Flip Flop Inn!!

Very nice property

The Flip Flop Inn was perfect for our large family of 17 with kids. It is a beautiful home with updated decor, very clean, and well stocked. We had plenty of towels, beach towels, pillows, dishes, shower essentials, and condiments. The dock area was stocked with a great assortment of water toys like a lily pad, paddleboard, paddleboat, pool noodles and plenty of life jackets. We loved the diving board and ladder making it easy to climb out of the water. The water was great - clean enough to swim and warm. We were grateful for the quiet cove, with no boat traffic at all, so the kids could swim safely. This home also had plenty of seating areas including 3 outdoor seating areas, a screened in porch, and two comfortable living areas. It had 2 washers/dryers which made doing laundry so convenient! The Flip Flop Inn was easy to get to and not too far from amenties, but in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the very steep driveway. Three cars max would be best although somehow we managed to fit 6, so next time we will carpool. But honestly, this has been the best vacation rental home and we will definitely be back!

The amenities were great for our party of ten adults. We enjoyed the screened in porch and all of the activities in the house. The location is great with its secluded quiet cove. We enjoyed swimming from the dock.

We had a very pleasant stay at flip flop inn. The dock was a favorite with its deep water swimming area and quiet cove that really protected from the busier boat traffic. House was very clean and comfortable and well equipped for 14 of us ages 11-83.

Our family had an amazing and relaxing time at the Flip Flop Inn! The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for our large group!

The flip-flop in is a very well appointed property and have everything that we needed for our family of 12. Having a paddleboard in addition to a paddle boat on the wonderful dock was very entertaining for all members of our family. Spending time on the dock area and using the steps on the dock for swimming was excellent very relaxing and very easy to use for anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of the water. The house is as stated in the pictures but what we found is very comfortable and very homey unlike some rental units that can feel very sterile. This is a very comfortable an enjoyable property. I think the property owners and managers for making our state a wonderful family vacation.
