Very clean, comfortable and modern

Amazing property, felt brand new, clean and the hosts where amazing! So much space and loved being able to park directly outside the accommodation. It’s so close to everything you need in Yarmouth and extremely peaceful the neighbours where lovely as well which being from London threw us off when they first greeted us. Will 100% be going back here again as soon as possible!

I found the boiling water button for kettle a bit temperamental it wouldn’t stay warm for long and would have preferred a kettle. I’m old school though and not used to tech.

Beautiful high standard of finish. Luxury facilities such as boiling water tap, air conditioning was amazing. Location was amazing, right on the sea front with lovely views but far enough from the hustle and bustle to not be noisy. Staff were super helpful and attentive. several check in emails to ensure everything was OK. They even managed to swap our room for a ground floor room on the first night after an unfortunate ankle injury. Nothing was too much trouble. We did have the pleasure of meeting Steve the owner on the Saturday morning due to an issue in one of the other apartments. He was kind and courteous and could not apologise enough for any issues we may have had with their other more troublesome guests although we weren't disturbed in the slightest. Overall a lovely weekend break. Would highly recommend!

Love the contact less check in and the code door locks however I did find these noisy and could hear others in the property entering their rooms.

Great location, facilities available in the property were brilliant. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!

Very high tech and masculine decor

The host sent full easy to follow instructions covering all eventualities while staying at the property. The accommodation itself was immaculate, fully stocked with all items a self catering apartment would need. The suite we had was on first floor with lovely views onto the seafront The location is only a short walk to the centre and all other attractions. I would highly recommend this property and will be revisiting in the future.

Very clean, modern and comfortable, the location is excellent on the seafront but away from the bars and noise, near the venetian gardens.

The only criticism I have is the fact that there is no toaster and the grill isn't the best. I can see why though.

Good location for beach and town centre. Comfortable bed. Information available to use the modern equipment. Hosts very responsive to any issues and contacted to enquire all well.

Booked deluxe suite which booking.com stated had a dishwasher, it did not. Could do with a coffee table for sitting with a drink and a table lamp in dining/kitchen area, as lighting very bright. No wardrobe, only very limited hanging space, more suitable for coats. Needs more kitchen preparation items eg jugs/bowls for self catering.

The location is excellent being so close to town and beach. The accommodation is really first class and equipped with all that you need to self cater. The bedroom was first class as was the living area. The communications ( YouTube clips) providing detail of how to use the door codes and all the appliances was first class and really made a difference. The whole building was clean and the communal areas (stairs ) all spotless.

Convenient location, right on the sea front! Was very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The only thing I would change is the amount of towels we got. There was 2 bath towels and 2 hair towels but then we had to use 1 of them for the hand towel in the toilet

Nothing it is beautiful, parking was a bit tight to get in and out of the bays but was happy to have parking.

Owners were extremely helpful, even before arrival. Everything was brand new and couldn't have been cleaner. There was everything you could need included and seemed nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic views from number 5. Parking on site always avaliable. We had a wonderful stay and would rate this property 5*, no hesitation. Thank you very much.

Excellent facilities, all very very new and very clean and top quality. The location was ideal as you're at the quiet end of the seafront but it's only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the rest of the usual seaside fun!

Modern, really clean and comfortable. Slightly quirky but loved that! Location was fantastic and brilliant for the price. Checking in was really easy and I felt really valued by the host.

It’s just my personal preference to have a tv in the bedroom but it didn’t impact on my stay.

Excellent location, so very close to the beach and all the fun and yet it was so quiet when the door was shut. Very clean and modern, kitchen well equipped. The AC was welcome after a very hot day out. Any questions I had were promptly answered!

There wasn't a lot of room for clothes - but understandably, a wardrobe would have overwhelmed the room. Also would have liked a shelf in the bathroom for products etc. These are tiny preferences though, I travel heavy.

Absolutely fantastic, if you are like me, looking for a comfortable, modern, extremely clean, quiet and with an amazing sea view. room 5 at the Rampart is the perfect one. I have been in Yarmouth for so many summers and I have never found a modern and comfortable place like this. Definitely I will come back next month. Stephen was friendly and helped me to book an extra day, I am 100%recommended The Rampart room 5 ☺️
