We love cooking at home so being 5 minute walking distance to the supermarket (I mean truely “super”) and the kitchen being clean and having sufficient cooking utensils were a huge plus.

It’s nearby to supermarket, malls, convenience stores, salon,mall. The agent assisted us was very nice and very quick in responding to my queries . The view from the living room is excusite. The pool area was nice too

The AC at the living room, master bedroom and another room seems like not working well even already set to cold temperature. Some of the bath towels is having a little smell

We got a large apartment with lots of accompanied living and entertainment facilities - pool, gym, basket ball, tennis…at a reasonable price. We appreciated the hospitality of the staff from the host, cleaner and security guard.

The check-in process is easy with detailed instructions from the host. New, clean apartment with full amenities for my family.

This is first time I booked a serviced apartment. I feel pleasant with simple check-in and check-out process and full assistance from landlord. All conners of the house are set up properly. The pool is large as seen in photos. Security guards are helpful.

I did not have time to enjoy near-by restaurants due to short trip. Landlord did introduce me some places. I will try next time.

My family booked the apartment almost at the last minute, but the landlord assisted so that the check-in was quick and smooth. I didn't have any difficulties during my stay. The environment in this area is safe and friendly. They even have a big garden park. Will be back very soon. Good hygiene level.

This is not a complaint because the landlord clearly stated it in the house rule. However, it will be better if they allow pets. A friend of mine might want to bring a pet on her upcoming trip. I would recommend her to this place.
