Not only is this property gorgeous but the owners think of everything you could need. The attention to detail was incredible. From chocolates on the beds, aroma therapy for the hot tub, and a custom welcome basket and handwritten letter, we felt welcomed from the second we walked in. This house has everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway!

We loved this place! We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying the firepit, hot tub, and grilling. Perfect for families. Beds were very comfortable and the house is cozy with a lot to do. Rob was very attentive and gave great recommendations.

Our 2-night stay at this cabin was absolutely fantastic! The host was amazing, providing us with recommendations for various activities around the area. The cabin was equipped with everything needed for an incredible weekend with friends or family. We enjoyed the BBQ, hot tub, and the 10/10 fire pit. The kitchen was stocked with spices and everything to enhance our BBQ experience. There were plenty of board games to keep us entertained indoors and loads of outdoor games to enjoy in the beautiful garden, which was lit up so we could continue having fun even after dark. The lake was within walking distance, as were restaurants and a small shop. The kayaks, floats, and chairs provided were perfect for our time on the lake. The cabin made our weekend so much better, offering comfy beds with chocolates and towels left out for us. It truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience, complete with a sign, muffins, and snacks welcoming us. I couldn't recommend this cabin and host enough – it was an amazing experience from start to finish!

First and foremost, Rob is excellent with communication. He was even kind enough to let us check-in early. This house includes anything you would need from the kitchen, games, outdoor activities and necessities you normally would have to pack. We loved seeing upgrades since we were just there a few months ago. Super clean, cozy spot for a relaxing weekend!

From the care taken by the host to ensure we had the best experience during our stay, to the attention to detail in the property and its facilities, and the great options for dining nearby, everything worked out to enable us to have a very fun and relaxing stay at Lake Harmony. We had a wonderful stay at the Ranch on Greenwood. The host was very kind and made sure to be accessible and informative during our stay. When entering the VRBO you are greeted with music and a selection of goodies for the guests to enjoy. We were a family of three (plus a dog and infant) who were looking for a chill and relaxing getaway. The rental was everything we needed and more! From the clean hot tub to the multiple spots for fires at night, we felt right at home. The host made sure to make their guests feel comfortable. It was a very successful stay in this oasis away from home!

For my 45th birthday I wanted good food, close family, and peace. Our getaway cabin was the perfect location for all 3. Upon arrival there were several thought out additions tailored to the occasion. The host left birthday balloons, sweet treats and a bottle wine. My Husband and I enjoyed the jacuzzi as snow flurries fell around us. Later a few cousins stopped through for a birthday cousins sleepover and we were teenagers all over again. All of the bedrooms are connected and there were plenty of blow up beds! #Amazing

The house we stayed at was very accommodating, and welcomed us with a warm welcome sign when we first arrived. In addition to treating our family to a few sweet treats, our host was very attentive. He emailed every morning to check in and made mention of a few things in/around town to do. Because it rained for some of our trip, we were limited in what we were able to do, but having the covered hot tub, plenty of games, and a large living space made the weekend so nice.

Recently booked Greenwood Ranch for my spouse's 40th birthday with her girlfriends. The home was cozy, clean and had unbelievable attention to details. The owner was very welcoming , accessible and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic trip. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Games were plentiful and the hot tub was fantasic even in pouring rain and 20⁰ weather. Highly recommend this home for a quick getaway or a week long escape.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is cozy, super clean, & roomy. Host is very easy to communicate with during our whole trip. He gets right back to you with any questions. . The kitchen was full with everything that you need. The beds are so comfortable and the family room adds a nice touch with TV, & games. The jacuzzi adds a nice touch after a long day of hiking or skiing. The house is centrally located to restaurants, slopes and stores. We will definitely be back next year.

Had a great week at The Ranch on Greenwood. From the first steps into the space to the final moments, this delivered above and beyond our expectations. Robert is an exceptional host who goes out of his way to ensure that his guests are taken care of and enjoy their time. The space was warm and very very clean. The location was perfect…nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood and close to not just one but two ski resorts…both within 10 minutes. The hot tub was awesome after long days on the slopes. Plenty of options for eating out the market nearby is perfect for anything needed on the fly. I would highly recommend this for any season. Give the Ranch on Greenwood a try…you won’t be disappointed.

House exactly as listed, perfect space for 2 families with 4 kids in total. Extra living room with games and shuffleboard off kitchen while main living room off the other side of kitchen offered the perfect space to gather with family and friends. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful with anything from within the house to out on the town. Beds very comfortable as well. highly recommend this place if looking in Lake Harmony. Super easy drive to mountain for skiing as well.

We stayed for 3 nights with our friends and 2 dogs. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The three separate bedrooms are all a good size and the two bathrooms worked well, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Two nice sitting rooms and a kitchen / diner. The yard worked well with a fire pit and hot tub. Location was quiet and worked great for walks with the dogs. Overall a great location. The host was very attentive to advice & good locations to visit. My one advice to the host would be to provide check in and checkout instructions in the welcome folder. Thank you for a great vacation home

The property is super close to Big boulder ski resort so its very convenient. It is very cozy and family friendly. The hot tub is perfect after a whole day of snowboarding in the mountain. Highly recommended.

We had a short stay here, but it was perfect! The house is so cute & close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Robert’s ranch on Greenwood was fantastic. Robert was an amazing host and let us know of all his recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He also let us check in early which was great and very kind of him. My group consisted of 5 of my closest friends and we had a blast in the Poconos. Our favorite parts about the cabin were the jacuzzi, fire pit in the backyard, and all the fun games it came loaded with. If you are looking to explore the Poconos do not hesitate to book Robert’s ranch. We are already planning to come back in the Spring to enjoy the lake and the kayaks!

The cabin had wonderful amenities and was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with friends - we especially loved the fire pit and hot tub. The host was extremely descriptive and provided more than enough recommendations for food/activities in the area. He was very responsive & answered any questions that came up. Check-in and Check-out were both super easy and efficient. The only thing we wished could have been a bit better stocked was the kitchen (we cooked all of our meals from scratch so we would’ve liked to have more cooking utensils, sharp knives, and pans available for use) but we also know not everyone cooks on vacation like we do. The only other minor grievance was the cuckoo clock - we wished it didn’t go off each hour in the night because it was a bit unsettling/loud.

Robert is an amazing host. I reached out before booking and I asked her if it was possible to check in early. He quickly responded and indicated that I could check in early. He’s very communicative provides so much information that is helpful for your stay at his property. He provided us so many restaurant and activity suggestions during our stay. Very nice guy. Very nice property. Great location overall 10/10. Thank you Robert, you are the best.

We loved our stay! We went for a weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary and we wish we could've stayed longer. The house was equipped with so many fun things to do we sadly didn't even have time to do it all! There's tons of indoor/outdoor games, popcorn machine, smores stuff for the firepit, and of course the hot tub. The place was pretty spacious but still had a very cozy feel to it. Rob was a great host and sent us a bunch of suggestions for places to eat and things to do which made the weekend even better. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

Rob’s place was cozy and lovely. It was extremely clean and possessed all listed amenities and much more! Communication was extremely timely and clear and he even recommended activities and restaurants around the area. He made our stay very comfortable and I will definitely be back soon!

We loved the cottage, especially the serene backyard oasis. The atmosphere was perfect for a weekend, fall getaway! The amenities were superb and you only needed to bring food and clothing. Everything was included! Excellent communication with the owner! Would love to stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time enjoying our vacation. Robert was available to be reached at any time. And checked in to make sure the entire time was a good experience. All of their toys were available for use. Including things such as simple as a football that I was able to throw around with my son.

We stayed here for a little mini-honeymoon getaway after our wedding. The cabin was perfect in every way and the host Robert goes out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and gave plenty of activity suggestions for each day. The extra snacks and bottle of wine were unexpected but a great touch. We love shuffleboard, so having a table to play on was really cool, and a unique find. Robert even let me know how to find the silicon spray and sand so I could re-prep the table. The Hotspring jacuzzi was top notch, and we now know which one to get for our house in the future😊. We hope to come here again but with some more people so we can really make use of all the other amenities (bikes, kayaks, every yard game imaginable). Nearby Hickory Run state park was a great adventure with lots of easy trails and waterfalls to check out. If you like what you see in the description, you won't be disappointed.

The house is in a great location and the amenities were superb. There’s so many games and things to do in the home such as, games, fire pit, hottub. All which we used during our stay! The beds are also very comfortable and the central air is a plus in the summer time! I loved the access to rafts and kayaks as we spent a day on the lake floating and kayaking in the sun without the hassle of having to rent those items from a second party. Due to all the fun things to do at the house I think a winter getaway would be equally as fun because there’s so many things to enjoy at the home without having to leave. This stay was best for a family or partners if you need a quick getaway where you can relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day. The host was very kind and attentive. They even left me a birthday card which was an unexpected and nice touch. If this is sounds what you’re looking for, then this is the perfect spot for you!!

The Ranch on Greenwood is a fantastic property. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully. It has every comfort, and the location is perfect. A short walk to the lake and an easy drive to hiking and restaurants. We loved kayaking on the lake, the fire pit in the yard and the wonderful hot tub. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. Robert was an amazing host and responded quickly. He also provided so much wonderful information about the area and things to do. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for an amazing week!
