My daughter and I, with grandkids for a short get away. We went tubbing and to the water park which you can walk to. Then exploring down town Helen and eating at some nice restsurants

This condo has really nice space, comfortable beds and is well located to the river and town. We spent a lot of time down at the river just down from the condo. Fantastic! You have to go up and down a lot of steps to get to and from the front door, but they aren’t steep. The owner was so helpful and responsive to messages.

Helen is just as I remembered it but bigger. I’m glad we were able to share the experience together. The house was great and offered a nice place to rest.

Place was nice and clean and easy to find. Had really comfortable beds and every room had it’s own bathroom. It was a little hot and thermostat wouldn’t let us turn it down.

Everything was good the only thing is we were getting bit by fleas

Loved this cozy home. Easy access to everything in Helen. House was clean. Bedrooms are huge all with bathroom in them, was awesome! I will come back next time Im in Helen.

Great king size beds X3. Very comfortable...and 3 complete bathrooms... Initially had key code issues, quickly resolved with host response. Great one night stay drive thru town opportunity.

Just a suggestion, but let your customers know info about the options on a tv = what is and isn't available. May need to gets some electrical outlets more secure to the walls or covers on some. Some structural issues can't be solved and place rented but I am sure they are more cosmetic than anything

Property was as described. Below unit was being remodeled I think so a bit messy there. Stairs up to unit handrails not the best. Overall unit was very clean . Some wall plugs would not work was only problem noted.

The rental was clean and neat inside. The location was convenient to town. The area was quiet. It was appealing to have 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom - good rental for a friend group. The kitchen had everything needed.

The host was so kind and lovely to communicate with before and during our stay! Everything was fantastic!

We had a great stay. It was a wonderful location, not too far to drive to downtown Helen, but far enough away from the crowds. We did have littles with us, so the steps up to the condo, and the stairs inside took an adjustment. The whole process was wonderful though!

This place is awesome! The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Two of my best friends and I rented it for a girls weekend. We each had our own king size bedroom and private bathroom. It is nestled in a nice location that is close to the main area. The property manager is very nice and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Lynn's place is absolutely wonderful. You feel at home immediately, as Lynn has taken such great care to insure a special stay. There simply is nothing left undone or forgotten. We definitely recommend.

We came for the October fest celebration. Very cozy home with all the amenities. Three very large rooms. Great location.

Place was perfect for 3 couple with 3 king beds and each with a bathroom. We piled in one car for the mile trip to good parking. Lynn was very good with communication and helpful with suggestions

Nice town, loved Betty’s general store. Friendly people. Enjoyed stay. Beds where comfortable, very spacious Even left my bag and owner is having it shipped. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived late, but the directions made accessing the residence easy. The location was wonderful in that we were able to avoid Main street with a back road. Depending on the time of year, this was the ultimate plus because Helen gets BUSY. The property was clean and though we brought most of our own, it had every necessity we would need including K cups (yes, coffee is a necessity!). The kids loved the over-sized Jenga and Dominos as well as the hanging chair. We would without a doubt book this place again should we visit Helen in the future.

Was good but listed as waterfront and was not.

We asked our pal, who was turning 55, what he wanted to do for his birthday. He said, “Go to Helen, drink beer, and watch tubers on the river,” We did that and stayed just a mile from the action. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom (listing needs to reflect that), and we had a great stay! Only complaint would be parking and that is not the owner’s fault. The parallel parkers made it a bit treacherous to get in and out. I’ll bet the dumpster pickup doesn’t like their placement either. But all in all, it was a nice stay. Maybe some outdoor furniture on the covered porch could be added to enjoy that beautiful space a bit more. Easy enhancement. Thanks for the clean and safe space for the night!

Location was perfect. Unit was very clean. The only reason for the four stars was the plumbing was a little rattling in the showers. Pressure was good overall, would definitely go back!

The place is very clean and located in a great location in the middle of Helen, GA. The property description and pictures were very accurate. It was also very comfortable for our family of 6. The host was really great with communication. The only thing is if you have more than one vehicle, there isn't guarantee that you will get a visitor spot in a busy season. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Good place for the price. Not 4 star hotel but roomy and comfy. Needs a little TLC. Warning, if you struggle with stair there quite a few.

The property was nice and clean. Having a bathroom in each room is a plus! A little landscaping is needed. Lynn was so nice. She greeted my family and made sure we had everything needed. The location to Helen, GA was excellent. We will defintely stay again!!

Great condo!! What a neat town to explore too!! We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable, very clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Definitely recommend!! Thanks again for the hospitality!! And…….I love the green tile backsplash!

I chose this area so I can be a stressful, free bride. Everything was close by to where I was going to get married inconvenient. Overall, the place was clean and everything we need it was their loved it. Thank you.
