La ubicación es muy buena si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto. El Desayuno es muy completo y muy bueno.

El parqueo no es gratuito. Me cobraron $28 dólares por noche por estacionar mi auto con el Valet Parking, el cual es obligatorio. No te dan la opción de parking por ti solo, no hay espacios disponibles. No sabía que iban a cobrarme tanto, hasta que me lo explicaron en el momento del checkout cuando pregunté por mi depósito (te piden un depósito de $50 dólares y luego te quitan $28 por el parking).

Convenient location. Wonderful public transportation options. Clean. Relatively quiet considering its proximity to the airport.

I love the staff, cleanliness and location.

I didn’t like that the first day house keeping didn’t come clean our room and then when they did clean the first time we didn’t get our shower or floor cleaned.

Hotel room was nice.

The staff and the manager were lairs and unprofessional. They do not know how to communicate the room prices effectively to customers. When I arrived to check in they would not accept the booking.com confirmation number. They kept insisting that I needed a Hilton confirmation number. Only after an hour of insisting for a manager or a corporate number were they able to “find” the booking.com number and allow me to check in.

No me rompieron el vidrio de mi camioneta y no se hicieron responsables me hicieron pagar valet parking y no es posible que a 8 carros les rompieron los vidrios el manager del hotel nunca ayudó a nadie de la personas perjudicada

I love the cleanses

I don’t like the valet parking we had to go get our car in the morning’s but we were charged for parking we had no other choice, I was not offered good keeping my stay and I have yet to receive my deposit back which I’ll be calling today . On my second night me and my family set in the car for 10 minute waiting on valet I went to the front door left my family in the car it was 10 cars waiting and cold the door was locked I stood there 5 minute before someone acknowledged me the valet person was like you don’t have your key I said I do but we’re waiting to be parked she was like leave the car and I’ll park it . My family is Parked behind all these cars we have to walk all the way up here I have small babies . I was livid but I want be staying here anymore to unorganized , one more thing they had military this weekend and popped pop corn my kids asked for a bag the front desk agent stated no this for the military people.

Property is new only being open for 3 weeks, and front desk ladies were nice … perfect location if you are planning of catching a flight
