This VRBO had it all- space to spread out, amenities for all age groups, and a location that made hiking, dining, and entertainment easily accessible! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is stocked with everything you need and extras. It was so clean upon check-in. It’s a perfect location for Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Denver area. The owner is amazing she responds quickly if you need anything.We definitely plan to stay at the coffee cup cottage again.

Thanks to Heather - a beautifully and simply decorated home with all attention to details for all you need. Carefully chosen products for soaps and not filled with fake fragrance, attention to cleanliness. Wonderful cozy blankets, several ways to make coffee, fully stocked kitchen., fire pit, grill, and staples in the pantry/spice rack. Great layout for a family with teens. Plenty of room for them to have separate places to sleep and downstairs to chill. Games and fun books to read available too. Only downfall is that it is on a very busy street but with the windows closed, the traffic noise was minimal and didn't keep anyone up at night. Would definitely book again.
