Fairly clean. Nice staff. Safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer.

Room could have been just a bit cleaner but it's not like it was awful. Staff was nice though!

Most places have a complimentary breakfast, but this facility did not. I did not eat breakfast on site.

A complimentary breakfast would have been nice, even a smaller "continental" breakfast; however, I imagine the room cost would have been higher.

The service was really bad at this property. We checked in late at night and when we arrived there was no staff at the front desk- we waited 10 mins for someone to arrive, got our keys and went to our room. The key didn’t work so we went down to the reception again to find again that no one was at the front desk, and this time we had to wait another 20 mins. Other guests were trying to check in and one walked the entire first floor looking for the front desk employee while the rest of us tried to call Hilton’s customer service. Then at 3:30am the fire alarm rang. It was a false alarm, because of a faulty sensor. The employee told us that once it gets below a certain temperature the alarm rings- well it’s winter in Colorado and it wasn’t that cold, so it tells us that this was not the first time this happened. We are traveling with 2 small kids so you can imagine the hassle. But the bad news didn’t end there. On the second day of our stay we requested housekeeping. They came in gave us fresh towels and vacuumed, took the trash and the tip and left, WITHOUT making the beds. And the last straw was that the indoor pool was frigid cold in the middle on winter. We’ve stayed in this property before and I can tell you that we won’t again. Do yourself a favor and book at the True just a block away.

Everything was up to my expectation from cleanness to overhale service, The location was quiet and convenient for me.

The breakfast lady on Friday December 9th. was not very courteous and disorganized. Every other employee and manager were courteous and efficient.
