This lack of consideration for their guests' needs is unacceptable. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. The linens appeared unclean and the carpet was stained and worn out. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with moldy grout and a distinct lack of proper cleaning. The overall hygiene standards at Pool & Park Hotel were shockingly low, leaving me feeling disgusted and uncomfortable. It is evident that the management of this hotel has no regard for maintaining a decent level of cleanliness or providing basic amenities.
