The Stables is a fantastic little base for exploring. Extremely well thought out layout and safety if bringing a dog. Facilities were excellent, didn't want to go home!

Lovely clean and well presented property. Faultless on line service from the owner and local amenities all close by. All modern furniture and fittings in the property and you couldn’t ask for anything else for our short stay. Wi-Fi very good, smart tv and electric heaters that quickly warmed the property up. Would definitely recommend 👍

Could do with a motion sensor outside light. We went out all day and when we came back at night it was pitch black and hard to see to get the key in the lock. It does have a light that you switch on from the inside but didn’t want to leave that on all day just for coming back at night.

Modern and clean. Nice size garden good size rooms

Bed was very squeaky which disturbed sleep every time you moved,

the Location was perfect for what we needed ,we would definatly come again

the easyness no fuss ,Quiet and accesible to many stores and Pubs in the area

Location and facilities

It’s quite small and there were 4 of us but it worked

Loved the location and the property itself was beautiful, modern furnishings and lots of space, we took our 2 year old vizsla and there was plenty of space for her. Very dog friendly property in the perfect location.

The only slight criticism id say would be the mattress was very soft so we didnt sleep great but thats just down to personal preference.

Beautiful, cosy accommodation which felt just like a home away from home. Everything we possibly needed was there and being dog friendly meant our two little fur babies could enjoy it too! Perfect location for visiting so many places. We will definitely book The Stables again in the future!!!

Parking is a bit of a pain but spoke to the Co-op shop opposite who advised there were no parking restrictions and allowed us to park there 😁

Very clean property, loved how close it was to everything you need from shops to food to walks around the Peak Districts. Very cosy and modern I would happily live here. Even better they are dog friendly
