This property was just as described and wonderful! All of the king size beds are great! The laundry room was used a few times too. Kitchen is nice and the great room is cozy. We enjoyed every room inside but… the backyard and pool we used most! The fountains added a very nice and relaxing touch. Even tho it was 113° on some days we were outside for most of the day every day. Waking in the early morning hours allowed us to enjoy nature too. We saw so many things and took lots of pictures. Fantastic trip! Fun and relaxation were on the agenda and this beautiful house definitely helped those things!

Our family had an amazing stay! The place is perfect for a group of people with plenty of room and an incredible backyard space to gather. We had a great time and will definitely book again. The owners were fantastic and made everything super easy. The home is well stocked with everything you could ever need The pictures don't do it justice...book it you will not be disappointed.

We can’t wait to go back! You think the pictures are beautiful and you get there and WOW! The host were very accommodating and communicated in a very timely fashion. I have relatives in the Mesa area and I think I would still want to stay here! We had 6 buddies from high school class of 89…old guys. This was perfectly located between Scottsdale and Chandler. Ubers were about $40-$50 to either area.

Could not have been happier with the overall experience. We didn’t want to leave the house because it had everything we wanted! The private resort style backyard was filled with plenty of games and wildlife to keep us entertained but also extremely relaxing. We will definitely be back! If you are considering this stay, go ahead and book it. You won’t be disappointed.

This house is one of the most gorgeous and comfortable homes I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so easy and went so smooth; if we had any questions, they were answered immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful with so many small details and had everything we needed and more. The coolest thing for me, and my family, was that they provided seed and food for the birds, chipmunks, and Javelina. Seeing a wild pig was so fun.
Sitting by the pool, which is absolutely gorgeous, we were able to watch all the animals and enjoy the quiet and stillness of not having a bunch of neighbors and being in a busy neighborhood. We will definitely be back and I cannot recommend this home enough.

This was the perfect property for an awesome vacation!! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard was amazing from the pool to the views, to the wildlife!! This VRBO was a lovely , comfortable spacious home in a truly scenic desert rural setting . We did not arrange to heat and use the pool as we visited in December and the temperatures outside were in the low 60s ---perfect for hiking but too cool for swimming to us ! But the backyard was pretty to look at and backed up to a mountain where we saw wild javelinas and a coyote and quail . Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and very responsive to any questions we asked beforehand on restaurants and churches to attend for Christmas services and then
recommendations for good hiking trails nearby when we arrived . We chose this VRBO due to its close proximity to the Superstition Mountains and other great hiking just minutes away. It was a perfect location to access this area and also close by to groceries etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and even stocked wirh some staples other guests had left behind like olive oil and spices we were invited to use if we wanted. We would stay here again!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything you need for a wonderful stay. The whole process went very smoothly from checking into the property to checking out. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and had very fast response time with our questions. I would highly recommend staying at the house. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. However,I did not realize the owners reside in the attached area of the house. It was a little too close for comfort in my opinion. Other then that everything was lovely. The wildlife was spectacular!! The bobcats, quails, javelina, rabbits, coyotes, doves really made for a great desert experience. The king size beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you so much

The home was beautiful and spacious. The backyard was gorgeous with lots of features and had amazing views of the mountains and nature. Holly and Kurt were wonderful hosts and quick to respond to our questions and needs. It was a relaxing private oasis and we hope to make it back again!

The whole experience was spectacular. It was a beautiful home, a wonderful patio with a pool, plenty of room, quiet location. There was a very helpful "house guide" for using all of the amenities at the house. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely book again on future trips to the area.

Our stay here was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. From booking to check out, host communications were excellent. Holly provided details that made everything so easy. The accommodations were incredible. Cleanliness was above par. The patio area and pool were resort worthy. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. Mornings were enjoyed on the front patio watching wildlife - quail, roadrunners, lizards, rabbits, and even wild pigs and their baby!!! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prep and cook. We don’t have a single complaint! Would have loved to stay even longer.

This house is one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The inside decor is just perfect for Arizona and reminds you of being inside of a native American museum but is very comfortable. The space was perfect for our family with four bedrooms and a large kitchen and two living rooms. The outside is immaculate with beautiful landscaping, a gorgeous pool to cool off in the heat and the most amazing view of Quail Mountain where we got to see wildlife several times. It is great to be about 20-30 minutes outside of Phoenix (so close enough for daily activities there) but you can see Phoenix from a top the backyard mountain that you can climb halfway up on the stairs. The sunset views are amazing and the night views of the sparkling city are beautiful. The house is simply stacked with all the comforts you would need. The Dana‘s are very communicative and assisted us with any of our needs promptly. I would highly recommend booking this house if you’re visiting Arizona!

Our week at Quail Mountain was so wonderful. The house was immaculate. All kitchen tools you could ever need are available. The backyard was perfect for the kids…heated pool, games, shade and sun options for relaxing. The convenient location to Longbow was perfect for our golfing week. One of our favorite things to do was just relax with some coffee in the morning and watch the mountain wildlife that was literally right there in the backyard…so peaceful and gorgeous.

Such an awesome 2 week vacation to Quail Mountain Villa! The house far exceeded any place we have ever stayed before and we travel alot. The attention to detail of every area around the house inside and out was so nice. The outdoor area felt like we had our own private resort. We spent a few days with the outdoor bar area TV on, watching sports and hanging out in the beautiful pool. Anytime we had a question about anything, the response was immediate. We liked the fact that you were close enough to great hiking, restaurants and shops but the house was not in a crowded, hustle, bustle area.
This was truly a special house and we will be back!!

We loved staying at this property. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and the table was big enough for 8 people to sit around and play games. We put a couple of puzzles together, played pool, went swimming, played Bags in the backyard. The bedrooms are awesome with King beds in them and comfortable for all that stayed. The wildlife behind the house and the scenery are spectacular. We definiitely want to return to Quail Run.

The home was exactly what we had hope for. It was very comfortable, the outside patio area was amazing. Sitting up against the mountain we were able to see many animals pass through. The host made us feel at home.

One of the few times That the pictures online were exactly what was there. It's an amazing place and accommodated all our needs.
The owners were super nice and helpful. Gave us plenty of suggestions on where to go.
We enjoyed the pool. Pool table. Just being in the sun and enjoying the mtn. view from the pool.
We saw Javelins, Rabbits, quail. few Hawks--watch out they like the doves. Even saw bobcats.
The house and yard were very well kept up and clean.
We had a few questions and the owners responded immediately.
Don't know what else to say than we are trying to find time to go back.

This was an exceptional house!!!
The front entrance is beautiful and peaceful. We sat on the porch in the evenings watching the sun set! Absolutely breathtaking!!
The house was set up perfect for our group, it was two of us and then my son family of 5 and a grandson! We fit perfect and everyone had there own space,
We loved the master bathroom and bedroom overlooking back yard. The massage chair was used daily!! We loved that!!!
Everything about the back yard was perfect. We saw quail, rabbits and javelinas. That was So cool.
The kids swam daily in the heated pool, that was a great hit!!
We were able to use the Traeger grill and the other grill and enjoyed cooking at home!!
The pool table was a hit for the older people in our group that got to show their skills!!
We loved everything about this house and can’t wait to go again!!
Holli & Kurt were great to get to know, very friendly, we invited them to Alaska so thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them!!

Rented this home during a 50+ baseball tournament in Phoenix. Had the team over to enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pool, pool table and Monday night football. Beautiful home. It’s even nicer than the pictures. Will stay here again next year. The owners are amazing as well.

This place was wonderful! The home had everything we needed, and was so well stocked. The owners/rental company was super quick in communicating and checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was better than the pictures even!
One thing to note, if you have several individuals, there is no full bathroom for one of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and the master has its own, but the other just had a powder room. We were able to share, but may not work for certain groups.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway, somewhere with a pool where we could just relax. We also wanted to visit Tortilla Flat so we wanted to rent a place close to that. This home was just gorgeous, perfectly located, and perfect for us.
Wonderful big kitchen, well stocked with everything we could need. I like to cook so this is always important to me.
Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.
The pool was also wonderful, especially in the evening with the lights on. We even had a chuckwalla who would visit the rocks above the waterfall.
Easy-to-use bluetooth speaker for outside.
And there was a pool table which my husband and I made great use of.

Quail Mountain Villa, was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean with a great layout and king size beds. We enjoyed evening BBQ's, hanging by the pool and watching sports at the outside bar. Plenty of great golf courses in and around Mesa, which was great for our group. Property is nicely tucked away, but only minutes to shopping and groceries.

Loved this property so much. The pictures perfectly do the outdoor space justice. We couldn't get enough of it. The hillside has the most fun critter (quail, chipmunk, bunny & javelina!) activity to watch, the owner put out a quail box to attract them. They have built stairs into the hillside to explore a little closer and to get a view of the most amazing sunsets. The backyard has everything, pool, bbq/bar area, LOTS of seating and dining areas, sun and shade and beautiful landscape and lighting. And don't forget the front of the house! Lots of seating and beauty out there too to watch the sunset. The rooms were all comfortable and equipped with TV's, the living space so also very comfortable, large TV and recliners. Kitchen was fully equipped. We played pool, darts and had a movie night. The house was immaculate and it was the easiest check out process I've ever experienced. I won't include it here in case they change their policy but the post stay requirements made check-out a breeze. We will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and so easy to get everywhere and yet felt like we were far away from everything. Just loved the back yard/patio area. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely rent again!
