Loved the property and the peaceful location, very easy to get to and in close proximity to local shops, Blackhorse Lane tram stop, buses and trains from Norwood Junction and to East Croydon. Room is perfect and clean. The whole house is beautiful and clean. Very warm welcome from both hosts, Roberto and Anita, and of course Renzo! You are very well looked after! Loved the varied continental large spread breakfast every morning! You are spoiled for choice and start the day very well fed! You will definitely NOT find such warm genuine welcome in a lovely home at ANY other shared accommodation. So, do not hesitate to book here!

Roberto and Anita were immensely kind and hospitable during my stay. We had wonderful conversations and they served the most delicious breakfast early before I had to leave. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and I will be sure to stop by again should I come back to London. Thank you so much Roberto and Anita, I am very grateful to have stayed, I didn’t want to leave!

It was really easy to find. In a quiet part of London where there wasn’t any traffic at night so I was able to have a nice sleep each night that I was there. I was there for 2 evenings. Roberto and his wife are really accommodating people when I was coming down to London late due to train strikes and so they were up late at night to let me into their house. Breakfast was a really big bonus as I have yet to find these from anywhere else. I liked the selection of pastries Roberto.

Can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like about the property.

If you’re a solo female traveler, this is the right place for you! It’s completely safe for solo traveler and also small family. Roberto was really helpful, responsive and friendly. He made u feel at home. Most importantly, he made me feel safe staying at his house. Thank you so much for the great hospitality Roberto & Anita.

Super gastvrije en vriendelijke gastheer. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. Alles is erg schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Extra voordeel is dat het dicht bij de Crystal Palace Football Club ligt, je loopt er in een kwartier naar toe. Mooi gratis parkeren voor de deur.

The whole place was very clean and homely. The breakfast was amazing! Roberto served it himself! It was a plus that it's close to station and has ample off street parking. It's very quiet residential area. Wifi worked very well and I could work from there!

The room size was bit smaller than expected. Its meant to sleep only :)
