I travel a lot and this is by far the nicest property I’ve ever stayed in. It genuinely feels like home. I’m in Ipswich about 6 times a year. I’ll never stay anywhere else again. Thank you.

Everything is next level. Prosecco, milk, bread and butter. Pasta and cereal just incredible.

Very clean with excellent facilities

We were met fortunately and escorted to the property through a circuitous route . We struggled to find our way out of the building initially! We had clear instructions to find the flat but traffic was heavy and it was difficult in the dark.

Really lovely Apartment nice modern clean great location near to waterfront where there are lovely restaurants and bars . Ben was very helpful and left some basics bread butter tea coffee etc which was great had a great stay

Spacious, well-appointed, luxurious property... very close to Ipswich centre. Lots of extra, very well-considered touches (eg. groceries, toiletries) which allowed one to easily settle in & self-cater. I would have no qualms in recommending, nor returning.

all aspects of the stay were exceptional.

Clean, spacious, great decor, bread, milk, butter, coffee and Prosecco all provided. The shower was lovely, comfy bed. Really happy with our stay. Will definitely be using it again.

Excellent appartement and unexpected welcome extras: prosecco, bread, butter. Even toothpaste and toothbrushes in case we forgot ours.
