Paint could do with a freshen up

Velmi pekne okolie, krasne vybavenie domu, zahrada, krasna a priestranna kuchyna, krasna a priestranna vstavana skrina v spalni

ked sme dorazili na ubytovanie, cakal nas tam kratky manual k obsluhe domu, boli tam informacie aj o kureni, ktore bolo potrebne, ale zial chybala tam informacia o cervenej páčke, ktora bola v kuchyni v skrinke, aby pustila teplo z boilera priamo do radiatorov a kvoli tomu sme prve dva dni mrzli, nakolko v dome sa vobec nekurilo. V najmensej izbe strasne smrdeli zvratky, aj ked koberec bol asi vytepovany, nebolo to dostatocne a muselo byt nonstop otvorene okno kvoli smradu.. chladnicka bola pokazena, bola v elektrike, ale nechladila, mraznicka mrazila, takze potraviny sme museli uchovavat v mraznicke a potom rozmrazovat, plus kazdych par hodin chladnicka pipala a zobudila cely dom, kedze hlasila velmi nizku teplotu v chladnickovej casti... a posledne dni sme bojovali s nedostatkom mydla a toaletneho papiera, bolo nas tam 5 osob a zasoby boli velmi nedostacujuce.

The location was really good, apparently in the more affluent part of Dublin. Quiet and beautiful. The accommodation was clean. It had games for entertainment and access to Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms are of decent sizes. Close proximity to shops, trams and 20mins to Dublin Airport.

We didn't have hot water to bath until the day the last day. We reported it but only a temporary solution was made and the next occupier probably wont have hot water as the owner asked me to switch of the device when we leave. I know someone was moving in the day we left. It must be hard maintaining an accommodation with multiple users. There was a hole in the wall in the third room. The furniture in the room was outdated. There were also unwanted food items left over in the freezer probably from the previous occupier.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood! Quite near a train station as well.

No complaints!

A very quiet location. The house was well-equipped with all we need during our stay. Communication with the host was very easy.

Due to work, I stay in at least 3-4 accommodations monthly. The deposit is unusual in general, 500 Euro to put on hold for a couple of weeks is nonsense. For example, Campanile Hotel requests authorization for 1 (one) Euro or Pound Sterling, and if any damages are done to the property they can charge the entire damage costs. Only 1 Euro stay on hold, not 500 Euro.
