It was a hot week in June. loved the place and views. Kitchen upstairs a problem for my wife and sister in their seventies.
Need another zone to spread cool to upstairs. Loved the well water. I live on a hill at home with well water and cant stand
city water. Roads were fantastic with no traffic, although it is a long way to anywhere. Only 5 of us were able to make it, but was a good time.

The house was wonderful and just what we needed. Three generations of family could stay together when in town for a college graduation. Everything was organized and the house was beautiful.

What an amazing weekend at the Hilltop Resort. The owners think of the smallest things to make you as comfortable as possible. The property is beautiful and the hot tub was so relaxing.

We came up for Syracuse family weekend and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well equipt, spacious and private. Loved the hot tub and big screen TV. Very relaxing. The house website/guide was full of great info on attractions, restaurants etc. we would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again on our next visit.

We booked this as a place to stay while going to a family reunion the next town over. The house is as pictured and would be really great, but for the hosts. As a frequent guest of these types of places, with only high guest ratings, we are fine with average rules. Beware, these owners are VERY fearful of people staying there. My guests (registered) and I felt watched the entire time. Meanwhile, the oven was full of grease that filled up the house with grease whenever used, soap and TP ran out on day 1. While they offered to send cleaners while we were there, because of there rules, it wasn't worth the hassle. It looks like a great place to relax, we never felt we could.

Wonderful stay in the mountains for our girls weekend. Beautiful and clean home. We only had one issue where the power went out (this was the whole town) and the owner was VERY responsive even though it was early in the morning. We would love to come back!

Jason & Emily were great hosts and we had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and well looked after, it had everything we needed. It was such a nice peaceful retreat and getaway.

We were so happy to return to this BEAUTIFUL property this time with our besties! STUNNING sunsets and BREATHTAKING view! We all enjoyed time in the hot tub and appreciated its proximity to Beak & Skiff for their Summer Concerts!

A blizzard rolled through during our stay which made fire awesome views the next day. The woodstove kept us all super toasty and the kitchen had everything we needed!

The house, grounds and views were all awesome. The owners go above and beyond with thoughtful extras. Highly recommend a stay here.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and served as an amazing spot for 5 college friends to come back together 10 years later to catch up! Everything was well thought out- from the labels on everything, shampoo and conditioner supplies etc. The view was gorgeous from the living room and the beds were all extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future!

The house, the view, the accessories, the details, the hot tub, the fire pit, the games in the garage, even the swings, everything was perfect. The place looks exactly and maybe even better than the photos. We all wanted to stay forever.

Clean, well appointed property. Hosts were very responsive to our needs. We had our daughters family with us and the setup worked wonderful with each of us both having plenty of space and privacy. Close to nice local restaurants and golf.

We booked this to see a concert at Beak and Skiff and brought some family along for the trip. Great location, remote but not far from anything; close to Syracuse and Skaneatles. Large house and property with comfortable arrangements. Owner communication was perfect, we’ll be looking to book again in the future

Has an incredible view, which was so neat to wake up to each morning, and the sunsets are a light show in and of themselves, different every night! We loved the different areas/options outside for hanging out, fire pit, deck, hammocks, and of course our favorite, the hot tub/jacuzzi. Landscaping well manicured, lots of yard for the dogs to stretch their legs, and we even had some visitors one morning, a doe and her baby! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. They even have 2 large wire crates and food & water dishes for the dogs!!! Flexible space for multiple couples, families, etc., plenty of room to spread out. Great game room on first floor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great memorial day weekend. The house is great! Its very quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended and will definitely comeback. The house is clean and the hot tub is awesome. Great host as well. Responds right away when you message.

We stayed here to celebrate our friends birthday. It was beautiful, had everything we needed and even things we hadn’t thought about. We each were provided a thick spa robe and flip flops, perfect to wear out to the hot tub. There were racks to hang them outside as well.
The hosts let us in a little early to decorate and was very accommodating. Also with the weather the wifi had gone out and he responded immediately when I reached out. Very happy with this stay!
