the lady running the motel was very very rude as soon as i got there. the AC was turned completely off and the room was over 100 degrees. we were both tired and could not even take a nap. when we left, the same lady was very rude to my wife as well. i would NOT recommed this hotel to ANYONE!!!!!

Do not stay here. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels/motels and this was one of the worst. Service is bad, rooms are uncomfortable and the building is a dump. I will never stay here again.

I liked the updated rooms. I definitely like the price. I do not like the lack privacy and hassle I experienced when trying to book on line. I was charged for a room only to be told I couldn't stay there. It was very inconvenient and unfortunate because I like the hotel. But I feel I am being profiled and lost out.

Terrible parking lot-lines too short, potholes and bumps everywhere. Nowhere to hang clothes or put suitcase. Bathroom smelled like a public restroom. Linens seemed clean, but towels were very thin. There was no quilt, blanket, or comforter on the bed. Just regular sheets and a decorative cover that was as thin as a sheet. Ice machine didn't function. Bed was very creaky. DON'T STAY IN ROOM 131, 132. These rooms have rooms above and there is NO insulation/sound proofing between levels. Sounded like my upstairs neighbors were stomping around in large, heavy boots all night, when they were probably walking normally, but the sound seemed amplified, especially at 2am when I'm trying to sleep. Rooms were otherwise pretty clean, though bare bones. It appears some updates have been made.

The rooms only had bare minimum in them, didn’t offer coffee or anything on the property, tv only had 4 local channels none of the other channels worked. Don’t recommend staying here

My days staying at Micotel, The Red Roof Inn, and the Budget Inn were wonderful. The rooms, the room cleaningness, the breakfast were great. The whole stay were just wonderful. This is just the beginning for me. I thank you for all your great work.

We had a unique need where we only needed the room for the day. We called ahead before booking that we needed early checkin. Was told it woukd happen and theyd put a note. On the day off, the manager told us that "nothing till 3pm." Useless to us

I received excellent help from the staff in getting the rooms I needed for a high school field trip.

They let me check in early which was very convenient, yet the room itself was bad. I didn’t expect much being a budget friendly place to stay, but the tv didn’t work, the sheets were stained, and I had to clean the tub before I could shower.

Great access to Pickwick. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

There was only one plug in the entire room. The housekeeping lady came in while we were gone and moved our personal belongings around. We were only there for a two night stay. After alerting the management, she said the housekeeping lady was only trying to make the bed, but only one of the beds bedding had been manipulated, but our personal belongings that had been kept tidy, had been moved around. Management only assured me that nothing had been taken... there is nowhere to put your clothing, no closet or dresser. There are a lot of birds living right above the room doors, so be ready for a mess on your clothing and shoes when you walk out of the door. Also when you go to check in, no one is there, you have to call for them at all hours.

No frills, no nothing. Bed, table, tv. Thats it. Which is ok for a quick overnight stay like we did. Room was clean (for the most part), water was absolutely non existent. A trickle out of the faucet. Linens were absolutely disgusting!

The motel is in repair currently. I don't know if they are upgrading or repairing. Besides the mess everywhere outside the room was clean and very spacious. Would stay again.

I like this motel the most due to the employees for the nicest people I've ever seen or been around they constantly make sure I was okay or if I needed anything and how my stay was going I would recommend this motel anybody that's in or around Florence Alabama

No cups, shampoo or blow dryer in bath. TV did not work. Basically, clean with good beds.

1st of all as your pulling up it looks condemned. Then you get inside the half roton door with a fancy door handle and its hot as hell and have been sitting n my truck since i got here and probably gonna stay n my truck its to hot to sleep n there my wife went somewhere else. The jacuzzi is a tub
