Excellent location. Amazing ocean view. Everything was designed for 4 people stays, such as umbrella, beach chairs, towels, flash lights, and organic laundry detergent. fins...etc etc

We loved the location - 2nd floor, ocean front. What's not to love! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked in terms of equipment. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies and a couple of water bottles. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean - aaaahhhhhhh.

The fan in the master bathroom is completely ineffective - the bathroom was stuffy and overly warm. Also, the glass wall that covered only the front half of the tub was rather odd and made splashing out inevitable. The washer wasn't "available" - not a big deal for our short stay, but would have been if we stayed longer.

Entry keypad did not work and we had to secure entry from a maintenance/security person on duty. BBQs are NOT in operating condition. Deferred maintenance is noted around the complex, particularly in parking garage, gave us concern about water quality in particular.

The bed in the living room was really uncomfortable. Also they came in to clean the room 2 hours before our check out time which kinda pushed us to leave sooner than what we were planning to. In addition they reached out accusing of losing their keys and telling us we had to pay $300 to replace them when they didn't give us keys on the first place. When I said we weren't given any keys and thus we should not pay anything they never reached out to apologize for the confusion or to confirm at least that they would not charge us.
