Good location for buses into Galway. Easy instructions to gain entry into house . Clean

Room was very basic . Felt like a student room Single bed against wall . Could not switch on shower??? Lovely that bread was left out. But it was hard and mouldy??

Easy check in & great location.

The bed was comfortable enough. The power-shower was hot. The WiFi was good. The young man working there was friendly, helpful and pleasant.

This accommodation is a cross between a hostel and shared student accommodation and considering how entirely lacking in any kind of comfort or character it was, it just wasn't cheap enough. My room was tiny, barely bigger than the single bed. The furniture was mismatched and shabby. The bedside lamp wasn't beside the bed and there was no socket closer to the bed to move it to. There was no TV. The sliding wardrobe door was impossible to slide, and had to be rocked open with considerable difficulty. The blind on the window was broken and didn't keep out the light. The shower basin was cracked and unattractive, though I'd say it was clean enough. The pedal bin in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last occupant; their contact lens containers were still there. The self-service breakfast room had the same pastries on offer both mornings - the exact same pastries - sitting under cling-film for two days. There were two choices of cereal in their boxes in the cupboard. The "fruit" on offer with your cereal (a few berries) was still in the plastic container in the fridge. Nothing was presented in any way appealingly or conveniently. Even if you're looking for a cheaper option than the exorbitant prices currently being charged in Galway, be prepared to get little more here than a roof over your head. Sorry, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way.

The location

I found the room where I stayed at the back of the house needed painting, both ceiling and walls. The room also could do with a proper cleaning.

The noisy from the cars passing bye window didn't work place was filth carpets. doors. walls.

We were so happy to choose this lovely place to stay. It was amazing and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Definitely staying here again when in the area!
