Super easy to check in and super friendly

Was clean and convenient.

Very little parking because people have all their personal belongings like barbecuers and chairs walking parking spaces. Lots of drug addicts walking around the property

The website says it is open 24hrs. I showed up at 845pm. The lobby was unlocked, open sign on, but no one was there. I rang the desk bell and called 3 times withno lick of finding anyone. Had to run to walmart just to go to the bathroom. Now Im left wondering if someone will show up eventually or if Im going to have to sleep in my car.

The property is conveniently located near downtown Newport, but that's about all the property has to offer. It was extraordinarily priced at a hefty $184.5 for one night. The rooms were super small, everything was either broken or did not work. There are COCKROACHES on the carpet. They have a sheet full of rules you need to follow or they will charge you, which is unfair for what this place had to offer. I have stayed in $60 motels which provided a better service than what I got out of this dump. We will surely not return.

Completely awful. We show up, go to check in.(trying to ignore the look of the place with the grills, dog kennels everywhere) We ring the bell at least 5 times(over a 10min span) before we gave up and called the hotel number. Someone anwsers that, and we have to explain we're at the front desk. Get our key, walk to our room(past the dog crates and "long-term residents") the door doesn't have any other lock on it, besides the wiggly closet door handle. By this time we're concerned on our safety through the night. After about 45mins of being in the room, we have the tv on and the heater, the electricity of our room goes out. We call the front again, where the lady tells us, WE need to go out into the hall way and find the electric box to flip the switch to get our electricity back on. Nothing was working. After 15mins a gentleman(i assume one of the long term residents) comes and switches the correct one to get our power back. I honestly wish I was exaggerating at this point. We leave to go get some dinner. Come back and are trying to relax for the night. When.... one of the long-term residents stomps up the stairs and finds himself laying on the ground accross the hallway from us yelling and cursing and begging for someone to give him a light and let him in. Again, we call the front desk. Thankfully the woman shows up quickly and gets him out of the hallway. At this point, we're done. We're out. We decide to grab our things and sleep in the car. TERRIBLE place for a relaxing.

arrived with mgr gone and waited 30mns to give us a rm. while many ppl loitering around appearing high and smoking something yelling and hitting themselves, area very dirty although rms were surprisingly clean and nice, but felt very unsafe and kept watching our car, praying it didnt get broke into, will keep you posted

Clean and quiet, it was very nice and had everything we wanted. However, it was hard to find staff. There was never anyone in the office when we checked. Other than that, it was great.

Ok place to stay. Pricey though

Staff was nice and helpful, but hard to find and missing in action, seemed to always be on break, but nice people.

Cockroaches in the room. Worst in the bathroom. Won’t stay here again.

Nice location and convenient for our needs

The room was comfortable wished AC but ceiling fan was helpful. Owner was amazing made sure our room was ready!

Our room was very cute. Nothing fancy, but homey and clean. We stayed in one if the rooms with a kitchen, 2 queens, and a king in a separate room. Looked like they were doing some remodels, but didn't hear anything. Had an oceanview from both windows!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, no complaints. There wasn't air conditioning, of it would have been hot it wouldn't have been a good stay. It was cool enough.

Fire alarm went off round 3am . Waited outside for a little bit till fire department showed up to clear a false alarm. Went return my key after my boat got back to harbor no one was there so left it in a candy dish beside the computer.

the bed is hard, bathroom floor has cracks in it that could cut a persons foot, I do not believe the room was sanitized.The heater made bad noises, the door lock was not work well.

We had a room for 2 adults and four kids they only gave us two sets of towels, but they brought us up more right away. No HVAC, heating was adequate but old. No ventilation in bathroom. Facilities were 1950’s. Only two chairs at table, no other chairs in room. Decor cute but not needed.

The staff was friendly, but the property was not run professionally. We were only able to get extremely hot water in the shower.

Staff & residents smoking pot under our window. Room traps heat, has no air conditioning or fan, and we couldn't open the window. The window had no screen to ward off bugs and marijuana odor was wafting into the room. Bathroom door doesn't close. Had to take a cold shower to prevent steam from setting off the fire alarm per the room's info page posted by the motel. We were awakened when the fire alarm went off at half past midnight - triggered by our downstairs neighbor ostensibly taking a shower.

The lady who checked us into the motel seemed to be on drugs. There was several people who seemed to live there at the property which was unexpected. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in for a hotel or motel. The toilet has sanitized stickers wrapped around it but when we took it off and opened the seat there was poop on it. The fire alarm goes off if you shower too long and then you can be fined 325 bucks for that. The last night of our stay at almost midnight there was a lady running up and down the hall and knocking on someone’s door yelling, and then brought out a smaller child with her and they proceeded to yell right outside our door for about a half hour. Very noisy environment and felt unsafe from certain residents who seemed to be there long term. The outlet had some sparks when we went to plug our charger in, that’s when we noticed the cover was all burnt. Would stay anywhere else if given the option.

Not the best also had a situation during the night that was unpleasant. Property is noisy run down and ghetto feel overall

Combining live in residents with overnite visitors doesnt make for a restful stay for the visitor!

Clean and friendly a great place to base exploring the Oregon Coast from! The suite Maria gave me was perfect, each room was decorated with such love!

If you're looking for the Ritz this ain't it, but it's a solid place to stay and cheap! Maria the owner went above and beyond to get our roku working when we had an issue.

Clerk was on phone when we checked in, had to return because we couldn't figure out how to get up to our room. Hall is loud, people live here full time because they have stuff everywhere. It's far from "ocean view" as described in booking, you can peak at ocean above/between rows of rooftop houses and gravel road/alley out our window.

It was very dirty! Not vacuumed, hair on the beds and in the bathroom, crumbs in the "kitchenette". Which shouldn't even be called a kitchenette because it was only plasticware, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, and cups. It was so unsafe - exposed wires! In several places. The lamp was posed in by an old extension cord. The bathroom door didn't lock, the bathroom sink was actually a kitchen sinkwhich is odd. The parking lot was so dirty, with people smoking five feet from the doors, and people parked on the grass. The only nice things are that there were 4 beds and the house keeper gave the kids some bubble and coloring books. Definitely the top worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I would never recommend it.

Filthy and smelly! Rodent infested place. Traps and rodent droppings in the kitchen area. Health department should close it down. No concept of cleanliness at all - food crumbs all over, dirty microwave. Needless to say, we did not use this kitchen. Very very disappointed! You can hear rodents scratching inside the walls. No rest in this place. At $350 it was total rip off! Stay away! Expedia should not offer places like that to travelers, makes Expedia look bad too.

Our stay was perfect. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or store. Room was clean, grounds where well kept. We felt very at home here
