The apartment is good, very equipped and comfortable. Nice pool. Perfect temperature and quite large. The downside is the annoying music that repeats constantly and with high volume. The worst part is Manager Eddie very disrespectful.

This was an amazing find in the zona romántica just a short walk from all the fabulous restaurants and nightlife. Brand new facilities and a huge gym which was incredible - loads of machines. We loved seeing the sunset from the massive rooftop and hung out around the pool for hours! Modern and clean well def be back

Fabulous high end new building. Beautiful rooftop pool. A bit noisy. 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront. Great views.

The property was new and very nice. The check in was cumbersome, as they are mot onsite. Communication was not clear on housekeeping. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. Easy walk downtown.

Gorgeous building and pool area. The prettiest I’ve ever seen! Our one bedroom two bath condo was incredible. Very modern. Elevators were very confusing, especially to get to the pool. Our sliding door to the pool elevator would not lock properly. The pool was not heated while we were there which is fine if you just want to enjoy the sun and the bar on the rooftop. The building entrance is just feet away from the highway which can be dangerous. It’s very loud from the room as well. Not the most friendly or helpful people at the front desk. They just ignore you as they’re watching very loud videos on their phones. This resort has so much potential but it’s not quite there yet. Looks like luxury but does not feel like it.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious and the pool was beautiful and cold. The only drawback we experienced was that the pool wasn’t serving a full menu and wouldn’t let us bring in anything else which makes hanging out there for a long time less inviting. Luckily the beach is close! We would stay here again and hope they can get the kitchen open.

Gorgeous property and stunning view of the ocean. It is off a busy highway so can be quite loud on the deck or when all the glass doors are open. The main bedroom is to the back and quiet.

The highlight of this property his the expansive rooftop pool. We spent most of our time there because you cannot beat the view. Also, the service from the Maxwell people was excellent, very responsive and on top of our needs

We had some challenges upon check-in, the patio table was broken and the pieces had just been shoved into the planter. The sliding door in the main bedroom that opens info the main hallway was difficult to lock and unlock, they were aware of the issues but made very little attempt to fix them. The sliding door onto the main patio over looking the city and ocean is not sound proof and doesn't block any sound from the street. You're right next to the main road so there was traffic noise at all hours of the day and night. Even being on the 8th floor you could still here everything, as if you were on the ground floor. Overall I wouldn't go back to Maxwell Soho, the unit we were in was pretty but had issues, the roof top pool are is nice but water is freezing and you're not allowed to bring your own water bottles. It's definitely not a luxury resort, at least that wasn't our experience.

My time spent at the Soho building by Maxwell Residences was nothing short of remarkable. This stay has elevated my expectations for luxury accommodations, combining attentive customer service, impeccable safety standards, and refined elegance in one package. The luxury of the building was apparent upon arrival, offering both tranquility and convenient access to the vibrant surroundings. The apartment where I resided was a showcase of elegance, meticulously cleaned, and maintained to the highest standards. The addition of daily housekeeping services ensured a continuously pristine and welcoming environment throughout my stay. The interior of the apartment was tastefully decorated, featuring high-quality furnishings that married comfort with sophistication. Every detail in the design contributed to an atmosphere that was both modern and inviting, making it clear that thoughtful consideration had been given to every aspect of the guest experience. The standout feature of my stay, however, was the exceptional team at Maxwell Residences. Paola and Fabiola were outstanding; their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to ensuring my stay was seamless were beyond compare. They were always available to help, making me feel appreciated and well-cared for. Moreover, when a minor issue arose, the prompt and efficient resolution by the owner exemplified the team’s dedication to guest satisfaction and their adeptness at addressing any concerns with grace.

This building is brand new and beautiful. The pool is stunning. Our unit had two bathrooms and a pocket wall that essentially created a second bedroom. Some new building kinks to be worked out but overall a wonderful stay. Downside would be if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. The patio doors are not sealed and it will sound like a highway through the main living space all day (and night, if you’re using the daybed as a bedroom, which I was).

We have significant experience with luxury rentals, and we know that the owner's involvement can be crucial. In this case, the owner is the developer, and his abrupt and unannounced poolside rule changes, forbidding food and beverages, caused guest unrest. His aggressive response was alarming. The property itself was stunning, boasting excellent amenities like a gorgeous rooftop, a good gym, and a beautiful yet chilly pool. However, its location directly on a dangerous-to-cross noisy highway, along with other safety concerns, particularly slippery pool steps, were significant drawbacks. Four guests fell and five others slipped during our stay. The pool staff told us that they had repeatedly reported these slips and falls but the owner didn’t want to do anything about it. At the pool, we witnessed the owner abruptly ban food and beverages, contradicting the guest rental agreements. His sudden rule change and aggressive response to guest objections (shouting loudly at one man to “get out of my building”) created unease. This tension at the pool persisted throughout our stay, affecting the overall experience of the guests, including us. Separately, management by Maxwell Residences was commendable, yet overshadowed by the owner's disruptive behavior and disregard for safety. This could have been a top-tier stay, but we left feeling uneasy, making it impossible to recommend. SUMMARY: Five-star building, one-star soap opera included at no extra charge!

Cons: An hour's wait to check-in; no seating, no welcome greeting, no water or bathroom while waiting. Lots of construction, trash overflowing a dumpster; small elevators. No help with luggage. NO restaurant. No housekeeping during our stay. Cold to lukewarm water in the sinks. Broken Wifi 1 day. No grounds to enjoy. Took over 2 days to get a response from a manager. Don't stay here! Not worth the price! Pros: Breathtaking views from the infiniti pool. The room looks just like the pictures.

Great location, amazing buildings with great amenities. Not all neighbors are welcoming, but even that can’t ruin the experience.

Great pool. Design is great. Views are incredible. There is a lot of construction going on and many things aren’t working.
