Litt langt fra sentrum

Very easy to get to, close to metro. self service check in worked very well

They say the rooms are soundproof, which is a straight lie! you can hear everyone passing on the hallway, you hear people walking upstairs. plus my window was defect, so the noise from outside was also not well damped.

Beds were so comfortable. Fan was provided which helped cool the room at night. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked amazing, tons of roasted vegetables, fresh fruit, pastries and bread. If I stay again I will definitely add the breakfast option.

Our bathroom door fell off the hinges our last morning of the stay. No plates, pots or utensils provided for the kitchenette.

Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich. Teilweise guter Blick und Klimaanlage. Teilweise Räume wie eine Abstellkammer von Größe und aussehen.

Kostet penger så benyttet ikke frokost

De vasket ikke rommet. Når jeg spurte om renhold kom de med to søppelposer, og det var ingen søppeldunk. heller ingen bytte av sengetøyet. Når jeg skulle utvide oppholdet sa de at det gikk fint, MEN at jeg måtte komme på selve dagen å først sjekke ut, for så å sjekke inn igjen for de neste dagene og kunne bare betale på automaten???

Lite svårt att hitta till rummet, inledningsvis.

Stille og rolig strøk. Stort rom. Gode senger. Grei frokost.

Mye støv/hår langs lister på gulvet. Fant del av løsvippe i sengeklærne. Rester av sminke på gulvet( tråkket i og dermed utover gulvet) Kun kaldt vann i dusjen. Lite påfyll av mat på frokostbuffet, måtte etterspørres. La personalet som jobber i kafé/ bar på kveldstid få et kurs så de kan blande de mest vanlige drinkene.

The hotel was great. The room was even better than in the pictures. It's very close to the bus stop and to the train station, so you can get anywhere easily. The staff was super friendly.

Everything was fine.

Good location, clean and water with lemon provided ar the reception. The two staffs, Ms Shova Kunwar in the day and a male staff in the night I met at the reception counter are very friendly and customer oriented. They are busy but always put on a big smile n helpful.

The Location was perfect 5min walk from the Metro Station and 5min by Metro to the City central station which is close to the Oslo Opera House. For such location, the price was good. Breakfast was great but had to pay for it. The Hotel and the room were clean.

The Breakfast were a little bit expensive even if it's a buffet, but that's an issue with Norway in general, it's quiet an expensive city. Also we haven't found soap in our room which is a detail but was important for us.

Markedsførte matservering, men i resepsjonen sa de at det «ikke var klart enda»

Zimmer und WC war sauber und warm.

Frühstück war schlimm , fettig und Kaffe sehr schlimm.

The staff was helpful in solving issues and as a result of one problem I got a room upgrade. Price in itself was okay.

The room felt dirty, lots of scratches on the walls, some doors looked like someone tried to break open the doors before. Partly spiderwebs on the celing, dust in corners, and water stains in the bathroom that could have been removed with a wipe. Floors are cold, and it is not sound proofed, you hear when someone is in the hallway. I had an issue with my door lock, which meant that I needed to change rooms.

Cena jest jak najbardziej adekwatna w stosunku do jakości. Pokój jaki i łazienka bardzo czyste. Obsługa hotelowa pomocna i bardzo uprzejma. W pokoju ciepło .

Raczej wszystko na plus, jeżeli można byłoby się do czegoś przyczepić to tylko jakieś drobne odnowienie wnętrz by się przydało.

Très bon prix, petit dej très varié et très bon ! Localisation parfaite, 20min à pied pour le plein centre d'Oslo, transport en commun à 2min à pied

TV channels & system

Très bien situé station de métro et bus à 2 minutes, petit espace avec bar, boulangerie et commerces à moins d’une minute. Hôtel propre, confortable et personnel agréable Très bien si je reviens à Oslo je réserverai dans le même hôtel

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad war modern eingerichtet.

Es gab keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer das ist Schade. Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Die Matratze wurde auf ein bereits vorhandenenes Bett geworfen. Es war mir zu weich gewesen. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein und erdrückend. Unangenehm. Ich bin schon ein Tag eher abgereist da ich dort nicht länger bleiben wollte. Das parken mit dem Auto war in Oslo sehr teuer.

They changed our room when there was something wrong, and that was good 👍

First room smelled like smoke, showerhead was broken, and the rubber around one of the windows was loose so it was bit chilly. No good places to park the car.

Good price for all nights.

The room cleaning was not done properly, nobody took the trash few days, despite that the bed has been arranged. In the room was a totally useless island (table???), taking an important part of the space and others. Little bit far, by walking, from the central part of the town (cca 30 min)

We liked the room in general. Was good bed and also bathroom.

The stuff was very ignorant and had some issue whit cleaning room and we never had changed the sheets in 4days and i was very sick and my boyfriend wanted to buy breakfast and bring upstairs for me but stuff said it’s impossible. In any hotel we stayed it was and always been but stuff said no i have to come even sock whit high fever and eat downstairs. So you lost two people who would eat breakfast 4days.

It was a okay location. I like the check in process

The mattress was super uncomfortable. the bed kept moving as we turned, terrible for sleeping. There was no basic amenities in room either like a place to make coffee or heat water.
