location was great. walking distance to the pier and trojan horse.

the air condition was rattling too loudly so we cannot use it.

It was a good location, there was an elevator and the price was okay. There were lots of closets to place our stuff and clean beds. Free water in the room when we arrived. The wifi was okay for a hotel. Hotel owner was waiting for us outside to show us where we could park. It was a little weird that he didn't help with our luggage (we are a family with 2 kids so we struggled a bit to get our two small kids and all of the luggage to the hotel from the parking lot). There was also a baby cot like we asked.

Sadly there were no duvets so it was a bit cold in the night (we didn't want to turn on heating during nighttime), we couldn't use the refridgerator (it was turned off when we arrived - it takes a while before it starts working) because it was so noisy we couldn't sleep. Overal everything was okay but it was a little weird that the toilet was in the middle of the bathroom. It would be better if there were curtains to make the room completely dark.

Very good staff, good value

The room is large, the location is 2 minutes from the bazaar, the center. Welcoming host, speaks English. Paid parking, next to the hotel, 60 lira. You can't park on the street, being downtown. Wifi good.

This property was spacious, good aircon and and lady at reception was lovely. location was optimal - away from busy streets but close enough in to restaurants, sea and sights.

Only downsides were the quite dirty glasses and pots and pans (probably due to not being used for a long time). Some fixtures could be repaired or replaced, but they didn’t detract from our stay.

The room consists of a large apartment. The room is quite large. The hotel is very centrally located. There is a kitchen in the room. A washing machine can be useful for those staying for a long time.

The elevator is in poor condition and does not seem safe. The room and corridor lighting is very bad. The curtains are terrible. The room gets light in the morning and it is difficult to sleep.

The staff was very nice and the location is quite good. Also there is a very sweet cat at reception in the evening and in the morning.

This hotel has a really great location, you can explore the city of Canakkale and everything is just a short walking distance away. For those travelling by car there are some parking slots nearby. The stuff is very kind, helpful and always there for you.

Since we arrived earlier than announced, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait. That was fine and OK for us, but our room wasn't clean at all when we were allowed to move in: the bathroom still showed signs of use, the bed linen had been changed, but it wasn't clean and had a worse smell, some blankets had stains. The furniture was extremely outdated and partly broken, an unpleasant smell came also from the AC, the curtains were broken/torn. Maybe we just got the worst room in the hotel, otherwise I can't really explain the other reviews and the good hotel's score.

Good apartment, feels clean, has enough space. The staff is great and helpful, we received many good tips. We would come back!

It was a surprise for us to find a turtledove with a chick on the windowsill of a hotel room. Let this be a happy omen! The hotel's location is very convenient, in the city center, close to the pedestrian street. In fact, this is not a hotel room, but a small comfortable studio with all kitchen utensils. The room is very clean. On the roof of the house there is a terrace, where it is very pleasant to sit in the evening after a walk and look at the city. Thanks to the general manager Svetlana (my namesake), who told us about the sights of the city, shops for buying sweets and inexpensive restaurants where delicious food is served. Svetlana speaks several languages including Russian language. We used her advice to take a ferry to the other side of the Dardanelles and inspected the museum fortress Kilitbahir. She also helped us to buy bus tickets to Istanbul. We appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. We will definitely come the next time!

The room/studio flat was nice enough and fairly clean, with decent furnishing and a convenient location. Incidentally, there is an information office near the ferry terminal (near McDonalds?) where Egaman and his colleague were VERY helpful. Also Canukkale is nice - the Galipoli peninsula sites (best done through a tour) are fascinating and poignant, and the Navy museum plus fort in town are worth a visit. So I recommend Canukkale, just not this hotel.

Despite advertising in English, the unpleasant reception staff speak no English, nor do they have information or maps, nor do they give a flying **** about problems you might have. As the internet is simply awful, you may not be able to research on your laptop either. Not expensive, I’ll concede, but still worth avoiding.

I have always lived in relatively newer facilities, and it kind of had an old feel but comparing the price, that can be overlooked.
