Location was great, with the beach right behind the property and access through the lobby. Spacious property. Great for the family but really great for a guys trip. TV, projector, pool table all great. Everything was labeled and instructions were everywhere. Very smart. Enough towels for the beach and apartment. Enough beach chairs too. Fully A/C, a life saver in the August heat. Safe and secure access. One outstanding and VERY APPRECIATED accommodation...when Tropical Storm Ernesto came thru the Island, we did not lose power. However, the NEXT location we book did lose power. We asked to stay an extra two days at Bunker Beach and the owner was able to accommodate us. He really worked with us and we were able to stay comfortably until the next property was ready. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

The shower water handle was too high for my short wife. LOL No windows, which should have been obvious from the pictures but I missed it. I also missed the fact it was on the ground level, a converted store front. However, overall great.

Fabulous, super clean, creative, fun design totally fun just being in the space. Great towels good comfortable bed with additionally, beach towels provided and beach and pool toys floats available. Jose was a wonderful host immediate responses via text or call always helpful! Went above and Extra in letting us in early when he could all around great experience at BUNKER Beach!

It was difficult to use the two spot stove top not consistent cooking and not able to use to do traditional Puerto Rican/Cuban coffee pot so we could only use the limited cookware. Toaster oven would've been nice although Jose explained limitations of electrical outlets would not allow. Couple dish towels in kitchen would be good. And added shelving to what is there in the bedroom spaces would be helpful for even brief storage of clothing. But in general all was otherwise terrific and would return there 100%.

The complex is secure and safe and all the employees are so nice and helpful. The bunker had everything you could need for a beach getaway AND it’s right on the beach! It’s comfortable and accommodating even for our large family. The rec room kept the kids busy during the rain.

There was nothing about our stay we didn’t like or would change.

It's a converted commercial property. It was quiet enough for us. We use white noise. Weren't really disturbed by noises outside. No complaints. The host was very responsive throughout and they were accommodating in helping us find solutions on our last day (they had incoming guests but we had a late flight and were able to access parking, building restrooms, and pool until as late as 4-5pm).

I would have preferred for the payment to be through Booking as opposed to PayPal, so that my credit card would recognize the expense as travel-related. Entrance to parking was difficult to find at first. A picture in the welcome instructions might be helpful (or maybe a little detail map showing landmarks like Walgreens and the sushi place across the street).

Location great in terms of swimmable and relaxing beaches, shops, access to OSJ, airport, Santurce, and the rain forest. Unit came very well designed and entertaining inside despite no view of outside. Wonderful safety and security for children.

Paid laundry was a bummer. After 5 days it was a little too lacking of outside light. Could hear traffic right outside your door although it was ended around midnight.

It was a very unique setup. We love the pool table. My friends and I had great time playing when we in our room.
